"The order (Panasonic 50" plasma) arrived exactly six days after ordering with free shipping. Customer service was fast and attentive pre-ordering. Though the price wasn't the cheapest of vendors, the warranty made up the difference in the overall value. I will definitely purchase from this vendor in the future.

Pros
So far TV has excellent picture quality and fair sounding audio.
Three HDMI slots-right at the minimum number of ports a TV this size should have
S-Video-a great video port to have for backwards compatibility
Networking features seem to be easy to setup though I have not had the chance to hook-up an internet connection to it yet.
Automatic channel scan is strong for all digital over the air channels.

Cons
The SD card option only displays a limited number of file formats which are generally associated with non-computer SD card devices. Either more file formats or provide a USB instead of SD card slot.
No HD schedule for HD channels. Though TV does show the current title of program for some HD shows, it will not show a schedule for later programs.

"Ordering was easy, recieved order in a timely manner.
did contact them by phone to inquire on order conformation, rep. was freindly and helpfull.
did notice they shipping tracking # was from a diffrent carrier than was listed on invoice.
Did contact GOsatellite by live chat (was quick and easy) and found who the carrier was, and delivery date. so overall was very good to order from GOsatellite I look foreward to doing buisness with them again."

"The goods arrived promptly, in good order. a payment glitch was fixed immediately and courtiously. had a problem with setup of the receiver but customer service set me straight. I higly recommend this company and intend to continue doing business with them AAAA++++++. A faultly dish was replaced within days of my complaint several months after the purchase. Fabulous service and hightly professional attitude at all times. thank you Gosatellite!!!!"
