Gosatellite is always here to help. You may contact us and we will assist you. We do not force anyone to hire an installer, but we do recommend hiring one. I ordered a new sonicview 360 premier receiver and add ons. Got it in a timely manner, but when I powered it up.....it froze. and the next 4 times I attempted to power it up it froze.
