"I've ordered hundreds of items from the internet, this is by far the worst experience ever, and the most money I've ever spent online. I cannot express enough that you need to avoid doing business with this guy at all cost. About half of the items I received were not what he advertised, & 1/4th of the items never even came. I placed my order 3 weeks ago and today I looked at the Better Business Bureau which says they are no longer in business, which is wrong. They are now going by "Click Motivation Ltd" Once again STAY AWAY FROM THEM."

"charged my credit card even though they knew the product
sonic view 8000hd was out of stock 12/08.....
but they still sent me a tracking email just the same.
week before christmas still no package, called several times
and got the standard speel the package will be shipped
shortly....as it turned out the company went out of
business and all left over stock is whats avail.
called for a refund , but just got a song and dance, with
an offer of upgrade to better unit panset 9200hd, i said fine
as long as u can match the price, since GO is more expensive
than other retailers. Go said they would call me back
and/or send an email, after several days of waiting, i called
back and the service rep knew nothing of the previous conversation, and said my sonicview 8000 was already shipped
(mon 04jan) called today and they have no idea where my
item is, plus someone noted in my order remarks....do not refund.
this company is the worst i've ever delt with in my entire
life and i plan to file a complaint with canadian govt. and
the consumer protection bureau of vancouver for starters"

"Here I am a month later--still no order or confirmation when it would arrive. I called the company two weeks ago (November 10). The fellow on the phone said that one component was back ordered and it would be shipped to their Canadian warehouse and I'd get my order by the end of the next week at the latest--still nothing. At least they haven't charged my credit card yet."

"I was a little disappointed in the service. They called me several times with changes to the order, first I ordered a tool, they asked if I wanted something else, I stated that I really wanted that tool. They did not discuss possibilities with me, they just offered to refund the money for that item. Then they did not get my order shipped until 4 days after I ordered it, actually longer, but I did order it on the weekend, so I cannot say they did anything wrong over the weekend. I received tracking numbers, and cannot track my packages, they seem to have a wide selection, and their site is very informative. This is my first expereince with this company, but maybe it was just a fluke incident, I hope that their service can improve. Considereing I have not received anything for delivery yet I am uncertain of how to properly rate my service with this company."

"I ordered a new Sonicview 8000HD receiver but I a received a defective unit, more than one year old, with illegal software (hacked). Originally, I requested replacement and after lengthy communication GoSatellite.com offered a RMA requiring me to pay about $25 for shipping. I am no longer interested to receive any goods from this supplier and I am seeking a complete refund. I will never again place an order at GoSatellite.com."

So it was easy to do it again.
I choose what I wanted, ordered it, had it in two business. I can't complain about that."

"Ordered First Strike meter FS1 on June 16, got it on the 18. GoSatellite gives excellent service. People on the phone give the right infos. Easy going.

"i ordered a sonicview 360 and paid with pay-pal and got billed twice ,the toll free # is no good it took 3 long distance calls to fix . the install CD is also no good,1 more long distance call,now i'am told to go to the onilne forum for help what happened to my step by step install instructions? this forum has a lot of questions and not many good answers. I say don't buy from this Co. online, shop local and see what you get in person. when you want to buy they answer the phone in 3 rings ,when you need help you'r put on hold asked to leave a number and wait for a call back.THE PRODUCTS MIGHT BE GOOD BUT I SAY BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE. I also see that GOsatellite dosn't look at any of this feedback."
