"If I could give zero stars, I would. More than a months waiting for a key chain after they had already taken my money, only for them to come up empty. I expect a full refund pending. Will NOT be doing business with them again.
Don't sell what you don't stock, it is thoroughly unprofessional."

"Let's see, They don't have accurate information regarding their stock levels on their website and it took them more than a week to inform me that I would be waiting up to 4 months to receive my order in full. It always takes at least 24 hours to receive any kind of response from them through e-mail and when they do respond its very evident that they don't read your e-mails all the way through anyway. It really inspires me to spend more money at a company/website when it's like pulling teeth to get the things I've already paid for. Personally I recommend avoiding these clowns, they are a massive headache for absolutely no reason, everything they carry is carried by arguably much larger and better managed companies who don't outright lie about their stock levels on their website and then fail to inform the person that was just duped. Its very obvious that the reason they operate this way is to garauntee that their inventory is sold before they ever have stock it, so nice that their customers put up with that kind of treatment for such a lousy company."

"Love shopping there. They have lots of products I have a hard time finding other places. They always have a great selection of Hello Kitty items for decent prices. I check their stock at least every couple of weeks. Plus they don't charge a ton for shipping and everything comes really quickly.

"I enjoy GK World and have been ordering from them quite a bit. They always send out their orders really fast. I was pleased with the order I just recently got. "Overall, I am quite satisfied with my experience with GK World.

I ordered several goods from Junjou Romantica for a friend for her birthday. They were all in-stock when I ordered. I paid for express shipping to Japan since I only had about a week left until her birthday. I placed my order on Sunday, and it took exactly a week for the package to arrive. All the items arrived in good condition and were well packaged.

The only problems I had throughout the process were with communication. I e-mailed a question to GKWorld before I placed my order about shipping, and it took them 3 or 4 days to get back to me. Also, I was never notified when the items actually shipped, and so I had no tracking number even though I paid for express shipping.

Communication aside, I think GKWorld offers many quality products on their website, and their prices are competitive with other webshops I browsed. I would do business with them again. "

"I got my order ok, but I was very disappointed in one of the products. I ordered the Stewie Family Guy bottle opener magnet, used it once, put it on the fridge, and then within 3 minutes the Stewie part detached from the magnet and fell off. "

"I had a fantastic experience with GKWorld.com. To start with, they had a great variety of "geekery" unlike what I've seen anywhere else, including rarer collectibles for great prices. They also sell some of the cheapest goods I've seen on the internet at a great quality.

The shipping process was quick and smooth. I received a tracking number, and my order arrived quickly. I will definitely be returning to GKWorld.com."

"Excellent customer service on my first order. I had order some back order stuff and some in stock products and they kindly reminded me of that fact 2 days later. I ask for them to send the stuff separately and they did... at no extra cost! Even Amazon don't do that. Received everything in less than a month.

Second order went great too, no problem. Package arrived a bit later than I would have expected (almost 2 weeks in all), but Hey! I live in Canada. We're a patient lot.

Keep up the good work!"
