I ordered from Gen-X-PC over a month ago. I eventually did get it. There were issues that should have been worked out in my opinion. Like shipping costs and insurance. I have my computer now and am happy with it. Gary says he didn't get the last 3 or 4 emails i sent him so that's why he didn't answer so i'll give him the benifit of the doubt. Good Luck all.
