"Ordered a 3870x2 Video Card from these guys, price when I ordered was 469.99 however the next day the price was reduced to 445.00. I contacted them and they refunded me the difference without any problems. Shipping was a bit slow as the card actually had to travel from California to Florida and I was expecting it to be shipped from Georgia (The address given on their website) Overall this was a positive experience and I will order fomr them again but will use a faster shipping option next time.

"I must say I was very weary of making a purchase from this sight as it was a new retailer and there wasn't much information that I could find on them. I made my purchase on Saturday, the 17th and didn't receive a "tracking" number right away. This worried me. On Tuesday I sent an email out asking for this information and had a responce in 15 MINUTES! Talk about quick service. They replied that they were behind a bit on sending that info out and I would receive the information within the next 24 hours. Not only did I get the tracking information 12 hours later I received the video card an hour AFTER receiving the email! Talk about speedy service! I am 100% impressed by these folks, and definatly suggest them to others now! "
