I wanted the present for my dads birthday. that has passed and still don't have the gift. the first customer service rep I spoke to was rude. I don't know her name don't think she ever gave it. the second rep I spoke with I believe his name was david. he was helpful"
"I ordered a historic newspaper despite the fact that their site provided almost no specifics about which title/edition I would actually receive. Further, as I write this I have been unable to track the order status with the info they provided, and when I called customer service the rep promised she would look into the order status and get back to me. She never did. Extremely poor service, extremely disappointed, highly unlikely I would ever order from them again. "
"The shopping and purchase experience were good. The offer of a rebate on shipping was, of course, a positive factor in choosing to make the purchase. That did not turn out so good, though. It forced me to buy a membership in freeshipping.com, the rebate process did not function properly, it turned out to be a pain to get the rebate request submitted, they did not respond promptly, and it later turned out that they did not have a record of my submission of documentation (which was visible as a part of my submission). By the time I was able to cancel their service, I'd had to pay for a month of it. So, I never got my shipping cost rebated and ended up paying some for their service which they don't provide at all or at least on a timely enough basis to determine it is working."
"I ordered 2ea of an item and paid the extra monies for next day delivery for a valentines surprise and the package arrived, but with only 1 item, not 2. What good is one wine glass without the other? Called and they were suppose to ship the 2nd wine glass, but now instead of to the original desitination, they were suppose to ship it to the bill to address and they ended up shipping it to the other address. What the heck????? Not going to be ordering again..........."
"Was so excited I had found a unique gift for my best friends birthday! I placed my order & it would be delivered in time ! Luckily I checked my emails the next day or so & to my SURPRISE an email said I had a refund???? This made no mention of what & why??? Very confused I had to take time out of my busy work day to inquire . When I called I was told it was not available.. No apology for the inconvenience .. Took them a bit to find the item & reason! This explanation is why I was not very satisfied! :( thank you for giving me the opportunity to voice my reason . "
"HORRIBLE Service!! It took a month and a half to get a small bowl from them. They stated it takes 3-4 weeks to leave the warehouse. I contacted them at the 4 week mark and the order didn't even exist in the system. I contacted them everyday by email and phone for a week until I received my order. They told me a different answer every single time I asked for them. They also would not refund my money when I asked for it 4 times. They said the "custom" order was already made, but the order didn't exist online. Please do NOT waste your time ordering from this company! The product is NOT worth the hassle you will go through to receive it!"
"I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH FUTURE MEMORIES! I did not receive the product and they ignored my repeated emails and phone calls. After I finally made a Paypal complaint, their customer service representative telephoned me and was extremely rude. I am still out $31 for a product I did not receive and there is no resolution in sight. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MERCHANT! Their price was outrageously high, since no product was received. Their customer service is atrocious!"
"Beware of the seller! Ordered on 12/15 for Christmas delivery. Received confirmation and was charged. It is now 12/30 and they tell me the warehouse is closed for the Holidays and the product I ordered is not in stock. This has been horrible customer service and no communication from the seller. I will never do business again with these people. "
"Horrible company!! Don't ever buy ANYTHING from this company because they will rip you off!! Material is cheap for costumes, there's a 20% restocking fee..even if you didn't open the package!! After reading all these bad reviews on amazon, reseller ratings, and yelp...I should've known better not to order from this company.
