"Fast delivery and very well packed! A bit pricey for not being assembled but nice. Was surprised comes unassembled. This should be noted for those who aren’t handy. Would love to see a size smaller."

"I ordered a personalized popcorn bowl for my best friend's daughter and her fiance. The complication in placing the order was that the delivery was to be made in the US, but I live in Europe and the online shipping and billing addresses form requires that both addresses be either US or foreign addresses, but not a mixture. I was able to chat online with someone from the company and they solved the problem so that my order would process and I would be able to pay US shipping rates. They were very helpful."

"Future Memories, Inc. was great I got my order before I expected it and they answered all my questions up front so I did not even need to call anyone to get a clarification. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for that perfect gift, they have a HUGE selection with a wide variety."

"I was looking for bride and goom singing bears and could not find them anywhere in stock. Googled and got Future Memories. They had the bears at a great price and delivered them quickly. I will definitely revisit this site often when I am looking for unique gifts. Glad I found this site!"

"Update: After posting this review, customer Service finally called. It still took at least ten phone calls back and forth to finally get the new bowl sent, but I am glad to finally have the correct bowl.

What a waste of money. Ordered a popcorn bowl for a friend's wedding gift, it turned out great, so I put one on my Christmas list. My mom ordered one in October and had it sent to our house. We opened it Christmas morning, and the apostrophe was in the wrong place even though my mom's order clearly had the apostrophe in the correct place (if your name was Bob..it would say Bo'bs popcorn bowl). Called customer service and they said it was too late to get a refund or newly printed bowl. The representative said they would "check with their manager" and promised to call within a few days. A month later, we still have a useless bowl, no refund, and no call from customer service. "

"HOW DO YOU GET HOLD OF THIS COMPANY?!?! I see all these positive reviews and I don't understand how. I placed an order 01/04/12, my account was charged that day and I received a confirmation email from this company on my order. We are now on business day 9 and I have yet to receive any info from there. I check my account daily and only states awaiting shipment. When I try to email the company I get a failure notice that they are unable to receive email due to their mailbox being full. When I call number provided it rings for a while then eventually message comes up that the wireless person is not available. I don't understand and I'm trying to stay calm about the situation because this is a gift for someone that I was wanting to receive by this week. Now I have $30 missing from my account and no product. I will give them one more day to answer the phone. I have NEVER had an experience like this. This is the first and only time I have ever ordered anything online and my product is not shipped out in just a few days. This is ridiculous, looks like tomorrow I get to call my credit card and dispute the charges since this company has 0 customer service and has yet to ship my product that has already been paid for. What's even more sad is I liked their site and was more likely to be a returning customer but now I feel like I will be lucky just to get my money back on this.

I was finally able to get hold of the company and this is the response I received.

As stated right under the description of the item your ordered, these are hand made therefore they take 3 - 4 weeks to leave the warehouse.

NO WHERE does it say this on the product I purchased. Below is the response I sent back regarding their condescending answer.

Directly below the item I ordered states this:

Availability: This item takes 10 business days to leave the warehouse plus ship time.

No where do I read it is handmade "right under" the item I purchased. Keeping your customers updated is called good customer service. Being condescending makes me regret using your website.

I am very excited to receive this item and it is nice to know that 10 business days has now changed to 3-4 weeks so thank you for updating me as I felt I was scammed since I read no where these are handmade and takes 3-4 weeks.

Below is the exact link I used to make my purchase and I have checked multiple times now and I see no "handmade or 3-4 weeks." I even added to the cart again to see again if I overlooked something and I did not.

"Everything went very smooth. The internet ordering process was easy. This was my first time ordering something online. The product was shipped within one or two days and was delivered within a day or so after. Very happy with entire process. Will use again in the future if needed.
