"Order arrived date expected. Not happy with packaging of video card. Box open and damaged altered or cut and repaired with clear tape. Card has some limitations. Found same card 2 days before delivery at Best Buy $7.00 cheaper in intact factory packaging unoopened."

"Was looking around for a couple of cpu's. One for me and one for dad. Ran accross this sight and they had a good deal on them, so i ordered two. This Was on tuesday, and paid with my credit card. Now it is friday morning and havent heard a word, so I emailed them and told them i was disappointed in the service i was getting and going back to xxxx company I have been buying from. Explained to them in the letter why i wouldnt be buying from them anymore. Was not rude, just told the facts, that it shouldnt take this long to ship to cpu's that were being mailed to my home address. Well at 9 pm my time, i get an email back saying my order had been canceled. No reason why or anything. So I guess this company doesnt want my business at all. Will not try to buy from them again and will go back to company that wants my money know mater how little it is for an order. "

"Avoid at all costs!

They listed my item as in stock, then marked it "shipped" after I placed my order. A week later I asked for a tracking number, and they admitted it was actually on backorder from the manufacturer, giving me another estimated ship date when they would get a new order. That date came and went with no communication from FuturePowerPC; meanwhile other retailers briefly had stock, but with my open order I did not order elsewhere. I asked if my order had shipped, and they delayed several days before telling me it had not shipped and the next estimated delivery was not for another month. Having been repeatedly lied to and denied an opportunity to order elsewhere while other retailers had stock, I finally canceled my order. I would never do business with them again."

"WARNING, Buy from this Seller at your own risk.
They lie about stocking products.
They lie about delivery.
They do not return emails, 24/7 is a joke.
They charge your credit card before shipping.
They delay refund and blame FedEx.
Customer Service is bad, bad,bad,bad.
I am not joking here, this is the worst place ever.

"Terrible vendor! Item was listed as in stock but wasn't. Had to be ordered from manufacturer - an additional 3 to 5 days. I said ok. They charged my credit card the same day. One month later I'm still waiting for merchandise. Item was listed as "shipped pending tracking number" for about 3 weeks. Sent several emails asking for information and received no response. Finally called them and the customer service person said they would call the factory and then call me right back afterwards. No call back. Called again and was eventually told the item was discontinued! They've had my money for over a month and provided absolutely no service whatsoever. Nothing but aggravation! "

"This is one of the worst companies I had to deal with.After a couple of days of placing the order they sent me an email that the order was cancelled. The next day they called me that it was a mistake. I got the product in ~ 2 weeks, and it was the wrong item. It took them more than a week to issue an RMA, and I had to pay for the shipping.They received the product but they would not credit my card back even after several calls and emails. I had to complain to my CC company to get my money back. The WORST company ever!!! "

"Found them on pricewatch. Good communication, great
price, no problems. The only oddity was that they asked *me* to call *them* to verify my shipping address, as it was different to my billing address. Most retailers who care enough to check this call the credit card company to verify an alternate shipping address. I guess either way it discourages fraud. They also ask for post-sales feedback, which is a really good sign."

"Very straightforward and pleasant transaction. I ordered a DVD Burner (NEC ND-1300a). It was packed well and received promptly. I'll definitely consider them for another purchase in the future."

"I attempted to place an order from this site. The site indicated they had 172 in stock. I contacted the site a day after I placed the order to check the status. They told me the item had been discontinued. Now I have to wait for paypal to refund my money so I can buy it from someone who actually has it. PS, They still show they have 172 of the item in stock."
