First of all i got my phone call answered right away, and even though there were no sales reps available at that second i got a phone call back within 5 minutes. Sales rep (Art)knew everything there is to know about furniture, ordering and shipping. He explained how the process works and what should my expectations be. Sectional sofa (Polaris Mini Grey) we ordered arrived within 10 days, as promised. It is beautiful. Definitely better than on the picture. Delivery guy helped us to bring it inside of the house and unpack it.
