"This company is horrible. We ordered a chair from them and were told it would take 6-8 weeks to receive it. It is has now been 10.5 weeks and we were finally contacted by their "delivery partner" to schedule a delivery date, but they said because of our distance from them (91 miles) they only deliver out here once a week and we would have to wait until the next week for it. Don't bother trying to contact them either about such fraudulent claims and misleading advertising, they will do absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. They have had our money now for 3 months and we still do not have our product. They are frauds and unethical business people who care nothing for their "customers" (more like victims). Do not buy from these people, I only wish I had looked here prior to my purchase."
"An extremely disheartening experience. Once they get your money they could care less about you as a consumer. It has been over 6 months and I still do not have all of my furniture. The parts we have gotten have been damaged and "supposedly" repaired. We have called numerous times leaving messages even for the president of the company Pam Durkin. Absolutely no response from them. We have filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted our credit card company for a chargeback. DO NOT order from these people. They are out to screw people."
