When we walked into your store on South Metcalf, near 103rd St, we knew we were in the \u0027right place.\u0027 Again, everyone was so friendly and courteous. Our salesperson, Max, was just SUPER! He was very helpful, and was not pushy at all. He gave us plenty of room to explore the store on our own, but was always available to answer any questions that we might have. I was excited to get my bed set since i have looked every where for the perfect one for me since moving into a new home. Well as the two men were unloading my furniture and taking it up stairs to my room one of the men seemed to be struggling with my night stand and then rammed the corner into my wall leaving a gash in it and only said uh oh. He didnt think I seen him do it I waited to see if he would tell me but he just finished unloading the rest and hurried into the truck. Lets just say Im beyond upset that now I have to repair my wall.
