I made a $600.00 purchase and was immediately contacted by a owner\/manager thanking me for my purchase and assuring me shipment by Thursday. Well, I am on 2 weeks later and I can\u0027t get anyone to return my call or return an email. My office calls everyday and the one day we did get a hold of someone he assured a swift response. According to my online account my purchase is awaiting fulfillment. I guess I have no choice, but to be patient until they decide they need to send our order. Luckily, we paid with American Express and they have assured us that if it isn\u0027t sent they will give us our money back. I would prefer the product, but with no customer support it\u0027s hard. The sad part is if they would of told me upfront it would been a few weeks, I would of been ok with that considering the good pricing. Like they say sometimes it\u0027s to good to be true. The order was filled, but they neglected to ship it that day. I think it was just an oversight on their part. "I ordered some barcode scanner from here. I waited about a month and never got them. Fortunately I paid through paypal and I made a claim through paypal and got money back about 2 months later I ordered. I called their customer service at least 20 times and they picked it up only twice. Those two times I got different answers. One said it will be shipped out tomorrow, and a week later one said it will be shipped out tomorrow again. After all, items I ordered never been shipped out. I tried to reach them through email but never heard from them. I got great lesson. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If you buy, use paypal, AMEX, or other payment options with good customer care that you can get money back when you are screwed. "
