"Everything overall went pretty smooth. Some suggestions for improvement: I bought a 60 TV on Friday night, and received an email about tracking the shipment the following Tuesday. The part of the email that applied to my purchase, the large TV was:Additionally, televisions 50" or larger and any item exceeding 150lbs will ship through an alternate carrier. Tracking information and delivery instructions will be provided via e-mail shortly.But I never received that email with that information. After a couple of days of waiting, i called fry's and found out what company it was shipping with. This information wasn't available from the Fry's website in the order tracking page. The tracking number is there, but not with who it was being shipped. So the only way to track it was to call fry's and ask. Once I got the name of the company handling the delivery, I was able to find out that I had missed a call from them trying to schedule the delivery. That was fixed when I called them back. The delivery went very smooth and was delivered as scheduled. The delivery guy was great (polite, fast, and overall all a good attitude). "
