Might be just bad luck for that one customer. It sounds like UPS did a job on the previous guys package. I have ordered from them several times and if there is ever a problem, FrozenCPU seems to resolve issues quickly, courteosly and efficiently. When they first got my order they were out of the case I ordered so they called me at home and asked if I would like something instead of that one so they could get it out quicker, I don\u0027t know of any other place that would go through the trouble of calling an individual customer and offering customer service like that. I just told them that I wanted to keep my order as is and they got it out as soon as they got more in stock, which wasn\u0027t long at all.
