I had order Logisys Dual 12" Cold Cathode Kit - Blue and 120 mm fan cover c strip edge cover for  
my computer all items were reasonable priced.  
had to mod one of the cathode but because of the  
computer.but overall im happy with my purchase and will be back again for sure.  

Ordered Lamptron FC-5 fan controller. Received an open box with several accessories missing (Molex power cable extension, fan extension cables). I only ordered from FrozenCPU because newegg etc. did not stock this item. Unlikely to order from them again :-(

I ordered Cooler Master ATCS 840 custom side panel w/DIY bolt on full window.I live in Estonia and I didn`t find full window anywhere in Europa.So I ordered it from FrozenCPU.I placed order 02.26.2010 and it received 03.12.2010.When I saw the box first time I realise its not good condition at all.It was crushed like something heavy is placed on the box.But I was hoping inside is all ok and I was taking box to home and open it.So,as soon I was opening the box one screw and nut fell out.Somehow they managed to come loose from window during the trip.I took a sidepanel out of box and overall it was very good packed.I watched very carefully my sidepanel and noticed that the bottom edge was curved.Its not straight like it should be.If you want to install atcs 840 sidepanel then first you have to put bottom edge in to place - but I can`t do it.My mood went to zero.I did not want to send it back and wait long time and probably I have to pay all costs.I removed the nuts and screws and window, then I carefully bending bottom edge on the floor until it perfectly straight.I tried to install on to case and Bingo!!!So I put back window and screws and I now can use my sidepanel.  
I do not blame FrozenCPU for it,USPS is responsible for damaged shipment!  
The overall impression of sidepanel is very good, no scratches at all,cut is clean and it looks nice.One thing have to mention,the window is smaller than pictures shows but its not problem at all.

I just ordered a Noctua NF-P14-FLX 140 x 25mm Fan from FrozenCPU.com at the best price I found on Google. I have ordered many times from them and they are ALWAYS quick to fill, ship and happy to answer any questions. I have not had to send anything back so that is nto something I can comment on. Bottom line, great products, Awsome selection of stuff not found everywhere, great prices, fast to my door! They are definately one of my go to for cooling supplies. This is the first time I have ordered from FrozenCpu. The main reason I found this site is from doing research on different forums on heat-sink cooling products. Your web site co. seem to have stuff not even tigerdirect has. I do shop with them, but from now on I will go to Frozen CPU site for my 1st choice, then if they don't have it then it is simply no use looking any where else.
