"I ordered a TDK boombox from them on Jan 29th. They have a very long posted shipping time on their site, so I didn't worry when it didn't ship that first week.

I contacted them on the 2/5 about when it would ship and they asked me to keep waiting since they were working out the "second" shipment for 2/15.

On 2/19 I inquired again and they gave me the same message about the second shipment now being set for 2/22.

On 2/23 they still hadn't shipped the item so I requested a refund.

I saw on a deal discussion site that the people that waited finally received an e-mail from them on 3/1 stating that they couldn't fulfill their orders and they would receive a refund. A lot of headache for nothing.

"I ordered a router from them. Their web page said that it came with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. When the router arrived there was a page in the package that said there was a 30 day warranty.

Since this is not what they advertised, I contacted Froobi and asked for a refund. They agreed to give me a refund but said I was responsible for all shipping costs.

I asked them to reconsider paying the shipping costs since they didn't ship what I ordered. They refused, saying the their web site says that they don't pay return shipping.

That would be understandable but their web site also said the item had a 1 year manufacturer's warranty and it does not.

Since Froobi did misrepresent what they were selling and then refused to take responsibility for it, I will not order from them again.

"I have made four orders with Froobi. One of them I ordered two magnetic block sets, but I only received one. I emailed customer service and they refunded the purchase price of the second set. My only issue is it takes FOREVER to receive items. I ordered beach umbrellas the first week of July for a beach vacation we left for on July 25 and they had not arrived by the time we had to leave. Other items have always taken up to three weeks as well. I just ordered a toy on December 4 and I am hoping against hope it will come before Christmas. It was by far the cheapest price I found so, wish me luck!"

"I have ordered a few times. Some times I get good deals some times the products are cheap and very poorly made. The last purchase was for 3 8gb sdcards. The sdcards all had info on them. One was full of images so was probably from some ones camera. Another one had data on it that looked like it was from a phone. The third one was formatted in an unreadable format.
I formatted them all so I could use them for what I bought them for. Which was for my phone and tablet. I will probably not buy from froobi again as it is so hard to tell if the item is going to be cheap or good and I no longer with to take that risk.

"I ordered a beach umbrella from Froobi on 7/6/12 to date I have not received the order nor has Froobi answered any of my emails to their customer service department however they promptly put the charge for the umbrella on my credit card. At this point I feel that this will be 2 orders to froobi for me MY FIRST AND MY LAST!!! Beware of this company!"

this company sucks , they send email all day long , but after you order you are on you on, no phone to call and the email never get answer, they do NOT recived a retur etc.

"This company screwed up and sent me 3 foam pocket cases instead of the Sansa Fuze 4GB MP3 player that I ordered and PAID for. The packing slip in the package states that it is supposed to contain my MP3 player, but it only contained 3 cheap foam pocket cases - that I did not order! NO MP3 PLAYER!! They will not answer any phone calls or respond to any voicemails or emails. (It has been over a week now since I have been TRYING to contact them everyday and I have yet to receive a response of any kind.) It is very frustrating and disappointing that a seller becomes incommunicado as soon as they get your money.I definitely would not recommend FROOBI to anyone and would suggest that anyone who considers purchasing from them use great CAUTION."

"I have ordered from Froobi a couple of times before and have always been pleased with the whole experience. Product arrives within a week of ordering. I never have had to return a product nor have I ever had to use customer service."

"Placed an order last week and haven't heard from Froobi since. No confirmation, no shipping information, nothing. Sent them a request for status through their contact page twice with no reply. Called their phone number and was put into voice mail. I have never dealt with a company with such a lack of customer service. Sure their prices are great, the products don't exist.
UPDATE: Finally received the watch after more than a two week wait. Turns out the watch is grey market. What this means is it does not come with a factory warranty, it does not come with a manual and it does not come in the proper packaging. What's more is the factory WILL NOT support the watch in any way. It does however come with a dealer warranty which for $10 might fix the watch if they are able. I should have spent $20 more and got the watch from an authorized dealer (froobi and the company the watch came from are not). I guess the saying is true, you get what you pay for. I will not be buying anything from froobi in the future.

"Second order for batteries after first order shipment packing slip did not reflect the number of items shipped. This second order for eight batteries only had four in package while packing slip showed two packs of four. Charge card billed for eight batteries."

"The order came promptly. One item was damaged. I called them and they are sending a replacement right away. They were very courteous. This is my second order and the previous order was also spot on. I would do business with them again."
