"Have built hundreds of computers over 14 years. Ordered a used CPU and after having random reboots, swapped all parts to find the CPU was the problem. Started RMA process via email late at night explaining how I tested. Response email waiting for me in the morning and they just refunded the entire amount plus shipping, told me to keep the CPU ($17). Can't ask for better customer service than that. They trusted me without hesitation and I plan to return the favor in the future."
