"The shipment of Interlude cologne was received broken. The glass bottle was shattered and the contents had completely leaked out. The bottle was only wrapped in paper, not in bubble wrap to protect it. I immediately e-mailed FragranceStop.com since their web site did not provide a contact phone number. This was on May 30th. It is now June 3rd and I have still not received a reply. I am very disappointed with this company."
