"Holy crap! I used these guys quite a few years ago and they were awesome. I went to their site only because I've used them in the past and I liked them. Never again!! This place is terrible these days. I placed an order in December, it still hasn't shipped and I haven't received any responses to my emails asking about my order. I paid with PayPal so I'm debating opening a dispute if I don't hear from them in the next few days."
"Stay away do not order anything from this site these reviews and website are not here because these guys are good there horriable.I wish I had seen it before I ordered.I mean there fine and fast on shipping but god help you if they screw up your order.And they will and did they sent me one extra item fore no reason clearly there fault I even got them to admit to it they said fine do not bother with it we will fix it so I sent them the replacement iteam they said they needed the orginal so I sent it back two.That was 1 month and 2 weeks know I sent 10 emails every day and they will not even respond at all now I am out 53.00 and do not know where to go to get this resoved.If any one has an idea please post something.These guys have to my view and all the emails I have sent just are refusing to send me my product or refund my money. There other articles talk about how they will always have some wild reason they did not respond for one person I say it was 3 to 4 weeks. "I ordered an ck3 pro w/ probe 3 from foundmy.com on Sept. 6 and received it on Sept. 10. Everything was packaged well and it arrived safely. Four days to the southeast U.S. is faster than I expected. My overall experience was great and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. BTW, this is a great product."
"Terrible website. STAY AWAY. I ordered a product with C.O.D. and it never shipped. Good luck trying to get an email back from them either. Modchip.ca also does C.O.D. and does it very quickly and with great customer service. STAY AWAY FROM FOUNDMY.COM!"
"I've ordered an item on a Thursday with hopes of getting my item early the next week. By the fallowing Thursday I started to wonder what was going on so I contacted foundmy about my order and tracking number with no response. then after 11 day I contacted them saying that i would like to have a refund and will need a response with in 48 hours or I'd be contacting paypal. the next day I FINALLY got a response saying that they were sick and was not processing orders that they would refund my money with in 24 hours. a week later with still no refund they sent me an email telling me my order had a label error at the post office. I responded telling them to refund my money! now they've told me to wait another 12 hours... i feel my money may be gone."

This time its been shipped from edmonton canada,and the current status for the past 9 days it has been "item arrived at destination country" nothing else. I say if you can shop locally go ahead because this guys shipping is not guaranteed like its said."
"Ordered a WODE and PS3Key on the 7th and was worried after reading the reviews here. I immediately emailed FoundMy as I was afraid my money was gone. Surprisingly an hour later I received an email saying my order will go out tomorrow and I'll have a tracking number then. The next day I had the tracking # and the product was here in a few days. FoundMy had the lowest price as well. I don't understand all the negative reviews to be honest. It seems they've turned things around. "Placed an order in August, and 2 months later still waiting for it to be shipped or for them to respond to my emails.I sent them several emails asking for an update or a refund, and they just answered the very first asking for a few more days, and nothing else since. Obviously looking at previous reviews they are basically thieves that try to get away with that, and only refund the money if you dispute the charge with the credit card company, so that is what I am going to do next.*Update: Just minutes after sending them an email explaining I will dispute the charge through the CC company, they refunded the money, so that is the only language they speak.Stay away from them."
"Ordered item, it was preorder. For whatever reason, foundmy couldn't get it from company, and was continually delayed. They kept on saying I could cancel at any time, and were responsive. I said I wanted to cancel, they said to give them one more week. One more week went by, and I told them to cancel, and have not heard back from them (for over a week).I have purchased from them before without issues (from a previous email account), but for whatever reason, they decided to renege. I have put in a chargeback request with my credit card (Paypal did not want to do dispute resolution, possibly because it was too long, not sure).edit: Credit card told paypal about the chargeback, paypal told foundmy about it, and two days after that, foundmy refunded the order. I'm going to check my credit card of course to make sure, but at least foundmy was timely on the chargeback (although they should have been for my request directly for a refund)."

"They are very right about their customer service is HORRIBLE!, they gave me the wrong tracking number and trying to get ahold of them is possible, but they are %100 not helpful, aside from that though I did receive my order in a very reasonable amount of time, and the free extra's of the tools I would need was a huge help, if they would just straighten out their customer service I would recommend them."
"I placed and order from this site in hopes of getting a good deal. the item i was ordering was a pre-order so i was not expecting it soon. the release date was that friday so i would have to wait at least one week, this is where the trouble started. friday came and went, not a word if it had shipped or not, so i emailed them. they said the release date was moved to that fallowing monday or tuesday. so i waited again, and again nothing. so i emailed them AGAIN, they never responded. i gave them 24 hours and still no reply, so i emailed again saying i wanted a refund. he told me the same story of "the release date is coming soon" i said i don't care i want a refund. they gave me the run around saying i'll get it, they ship next week blah blah blah. i filed a dispute with paypal and waited 24 hours for them to respond, nothing! so i found this site (and many others) who said they had to call their CC company to get their money back. long story short, i got my refund and will NOT be buying from them again!!!"
