I had a very good exsperaince with Fotoonnection online ordering. When I received my camera I was missing a 8GB card, when I spoke to Bobby he help me right out and sent me the missing card. I'd like to thank Bobby and the staff at Fotoconnection.

The camera I wanted was out of stock. After receiving a call, I ended up purchasing the Canon SX1 IS instead of the SX10 IS. The total cost went from $505 to $637. I liked the free expedited shipping and Bobby, the manager was very helpful.  
 
I received the product today. I'm very happy so far with the camera itself, but I was disappointed to find that some of the extras I paid for don't work with this camera--such as a wide angle lens, and it doesn't look like the filters can be attached. The tripod is about 3 inches tall and I was expecting full size. Had I known about this, I would have just purchased the camera as a stand alone. Don't know what I'm going to do with the extra lens and filters. I'm sure they'd be useful for a different camera.

I was a little concerned ordering from FotoConnections.com given that they had less than stellar customer ratings, but the price was too good to pass up.  
 
I purchased a Samsung 67" DLP TV and had a great experience - a bit annoying to get the follow up phone call that ultimately ends up as a pitch for the extended warranty but otherwise great service.  
 
I have since bought a portable GPS navigation device and a Blu-Ray player from them. Excellent service and prices on all.

This was the easiest, friendliest and most accommodating team of sales professionals I have had the pleasure to work with!

The promotion kit was missing a component, but during a second follow-up call from FotoConnection 4 weeks after the sale, they (Bobby) agreed to ship the missing component right away. Wonderful experience dealing with this website. Fast service. I had selected regular UPS but because of the upcoming holiday, my rep Calvin called and offered to ship from CA to NH in time for me to have it for the 4th of July at no added cost to me. I used to work in Customer Service so I appreciate quality in this area. I will repeat business with this site and recommend it to my friends as well.

Frigidaire 30" electric ceramic smoothtop range purchased from FotoConnection.com....great service...received in 4 days via UPS.....was a little worried about shipping a large glass ceramic item like this but when I recived it there was a 6" layer of bubble wrap completely covering the box...great shipping job....price was great with a saving of over $125 from the identical item at Lowes....with good follow up after the order by Bobby at FC I will definately consider FotoConnection on future purchases...Ray S...NJ
