"They had the shoe I wanted at a great price on sale. They offered 3 day shipping upgrade. Received shoes very promptly.

The only demerit was they slightly delayed the order to confirm I wanted 2 of one of the shoes. Yes I ordered 2 because I wanted 2. A little too conscientous--more than likely checking up on the large order to make sure no fraud involved.

They are a local CA chain who retail high end shoes. I would have no hesitation ordering from them if you can find what you want for a fair price."

"I ordered a pair of Teva sandals, last year's model. They were about 1/3 of the regular price. Too good to be true, thought I, so I checked the seller ratings here. They were okay, so I went ahead with the order.

I'm here to say that this was an excellent experience! Order shipped out same day and I received it in good time. Sandals are perfect, just what I wanted, and at a ridiculously low price. Reasonable shipping charges as well. Excellent, excellent company!"

"They have a large selection of shoes, free 2 day shipping on MBTs and free return shipping on some brands. I ordered 5 pairs of shoes because I wasn't sure how they would fit. They immediately refunded my money on the pairs I returned.

Their customer service people are easy to reach. They are very helpful and friendly.

They sell some expensive shoes, but have good prices compared to other sites."

"I ordered a pair of shoes online, the shoe style and size were shown to be in stock.
A few hours after placing myorder I received an email stating the shoes were on backorder and would not be available for several weeks.
Footwearect rep asked if I would like to keep the order open or cancel.
I responed back to cancel the order and received a reply back that my email was received by the rep.
Two days later a charge for the shoes appears on my credit card showing a different shoe company. After some investigation I discover it is Footwearect.
I called Footwearect and customer service tells me the charge was automatic, I also discover the order was open. The rep canceled the order and said I should receive a credit in a few days.
I might also add that I attempted to check the order status before calling and the web site order status check did not indicate my order valid.
Now I have to check my credit card for the credit back...
UPdate/ credit was received "
