"Ordered personalized college jersey on 11/25. Received email on 11/29 with different order number than what was shown on confirmation email plus wrong order info. Called customer service on 11/30. First they said it looked like I had ordered 2 jerseys. Then they said the two order numbers were tied together-one being a confirmation number, the other the real order number. How confusing!!! I then had to make them realize the items in the 2nd email were not what I ordered. After being put on hold for several times they said their manager said it had been sent to the wrong person. DUH! What had I been telling them? They assured me everything was ok. I called on 12/4 to check on the status, was put on hold, then told the item was discontinued. When were they going to let me know this? Never dealing with them again!!!!! Out of curiosity checked on order after cancelled, it now says it was shipped-no tracking info."
"WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER!!!!!!!!!!! Please read my review for the reasons I feel that way about Fanatics.Placed an order in early October. An item was missing from that order when it was received. Called customer service on 10-13 and 10-23. Both customer service reps assured me the item was being shipped and they would "email me a new order number". Needless to say, no order number, no missing shirt. I called again on 10-24, this time I was given a new order number and assurance that the shirt would be there on Friday or Saturday. I looked at the new order email and see that the shirt is being delivered to an address we lived at two years ago. Why?? Who knows?? Not customer service, that's for sure. When I called 10-26 to tell Fanatics about their mistake, I got some more vague assurance it would be shipped to the correct address. Guess what??? Yep, it was delivered to the wrong address…. Called again on 10-30, the customer service rep said that I should have called FedEx to make sure the shipping address was right. Really?? Again, the customer service rep assured me the shirt was being shipped and they would "email me a new order number". Hmmm, heard this one before… No new order number )or shirt) again… Called again 10-31 (that's six for you people out there deciding if you want to place an order with Fanatics). Of course the shirt is now out of stock…. I had to argue with the customer service rep to get a refund for the shirt and the shipping charges. After all that, Fanatics wanted to issue me "fan cash" instead of a refund on my credit card. There is not a snowball's chance in hell that I would ever place an order with them again. But this ordeal may continue… Fanatics said they issued a refund but until I see it on my credit card statement, I won't trust them."
"Do not order if you are trying to take advantage of 3-day shipping!!! They ship FedEx Smartpost which according to fedex averages 2-7 business day delivery. I placed an order on 10/9, got a notice it shipped on 10/10 and the expected delivery date is 10/31. Doesn't sound like 3-days to me...more like 3-weeks."
"Do not buy anything from here. It will arrive late (even when you paid extra for fast delivery), it will arrive broken and you have add on charges amounting to half the price of the order. Worst place I have ever shopped. Could not have been worse."

When I bought something from them, they started fraudulently charging my credit card for thousands of dollars of merchandise from another of their businesses at the same address. Hopefully the FBI will do their work and nail them. Stay away from this company!!!"
"I was a bit uncertain about ordering from Football Fanatics as I'd read mixed reviews about them. However, they were the only place that had a particular hoodie I wanted, so I went ahead with the order and crossed my fingers.I'm glad I went for it. They took less than 2 weeks to deliver to the UK, and thanks to the size guides the hoodie fits just right. I love my new hoodie - thanks very much guys!"
"In contrast to others, I had a positive experience. I ordered on a Sunday during the busiest shopping weekend of the year and they had my order shipped by Monday morning. One of the items was a glass and it was packed carefully. Prices are OK when you consider that you will always pay a premium for officially licensed sports merchandise. They use UPS 3 day shipping for a $4.99 flat fee (although it was free due to a promotion) so you don't have to wait long for your items."

"Company’s Fan Cash System is bogus and flawed. If you return an item you will lose the fan cash completely. Even if you placed multiple items on the order. They also charge you $5.50 for returning items. So be careful with these folks. Not an ethical bunch. I hope my alma mater stops doing business with them. I will be recommending that to them. Their customer service reps are VERY rude. Don't bother asking for a supervisor. They will just cause you more heartburn. Also, another indicator of being unethical (“red flag”) is they operate under multiple website names"
"Football Fanatics is a really frustrating company, once a size is gone in any product they have no idea when or even if they will ever have it again. It makes returns a nightmare, especially since the customer service people are clueless. The sizes listed can be totally off, avoid this site. It's a gamble and if you get a weird size you will end up loosing $10-$15 in shipping by sending it back for a difference size."
"The flat shipping rate and wide range of products gives the store a strong allure, but customer service is far from customer satisfaction oriented.I placed an order for an in stock item, only to have an item of a completely different category and price shipped to me instead. Upon submitting a customer service request, I was told that my original order had gone out of stock and that if I wanted to return the unwanted item, I could follow the standard return policy for a full refund or exchange.To their credit, my initial shipping was refunded- the whole whopping $4.99 of it- and I was given a 10 dollar store credit to be applied to a further purchase.However, I was told that they would not refund me any further until my original order had been returned, even for the excess amount I was charged for the item I received. The price difference between the item I received and the item I ordered was not especially broad, but it is the principle of the issue that strikes me as sketchy. Had I been content to keep the item they sent me, they would have been just as content to keep the additional amount they overcharged me for the item.A final detail worth noting is that their prepaid return label, which I was instructed to use, was not a label at all, but rather just the label's information printed onto a standard piece of paper along with the invoice. I was later instructed to cut out the label and tape it to the original box, and then print out a replacement return form. While not a huge deal, it impresses me as being unprofessional to put the bulk of repairing a mistake on the consumer. Frankly, they did not seem too concerned with making any sort of legitimate mea culpa for their error. However, it certainly was very clear they wanted me and my money to continue my relationship with them! Applying store credit and encouraging me to shop there again without actually fixing the mistake doesn't go a long way with me. Had they decided to give me an option to cancel my order when it went out of stock or select a replacement item, I would have been happy. Had they even chosen a similar replacement item for me in the same price category, I would have had little complaint. But unfortunately, I am instead sitting here sans a much wanted Christmas gift with a brand new overpriced ball cap, and a standing invitation to come again and roll the dice to see if I have better luck with them next time.So, overall: great selection, good shipping options, decent prices. Not a bad shop, but pray to God they don't cock up your order, because then it's your problem to fix the mistake. I will not shop with them again, but others might have better luck. Still, buyer beware!"
"I ordered from shopncaasports.com which is run by teamfanshop.com (same company that powers footballfanatics.com).They promised 3 day shipping and they delivered right on time. They promptly sent an email to confirm the order and supplied a tracking number. The merchandise was exactly what I had ordered. I was skeptical placing an order not seeing a large amount of reviews on this company but after receiving my order I must say I would shop again with any of the teamfanshop stores."
"Beware, this vendor's real name is Team Fan Shop, Inc., AKA teamfanshop.com they also sell under collegefootballstore.com.I ordered 2 items, they switched the items with items I did not order. Called their customer service number, asked why, and they stated the manufacturer ran out of the items and the manufacturer shipped different items to them. They in turn knowingly sent out those 2 items I didn't order. When confronted, they offered me discounts on the items I didn't order. What they have done is to switch the items without telling the customer. This is fraud!"
"Very happy. Found something I wanted, ordered and it shipped out the same day and arrived exactly when they said it would, exactly as it looked on the site. Packaging was great for the product, no issues at all. Will gladly do business with again."
