I was buying shoes for my very young granddaughters, one of whom liked the box the shoes came in and they started ribbing her about charging an additional $30. for the box. We were all cracking up as she was indignant and they just kept on. Too funny. Additional items ship for only $1.99 more, so I should have bought a couple of pairs at least. <br><br>Order arrived sooner than expected and the shoes are brand new in the original box (unlike some other online shoe sellers who stick them in whatever box is available like they were display models or something and they lost the box). "HORRIBLE customer service. Sent the completely wrong thing than what I had originally ordered. I payed $50 for overnight shipping, and it came in 2 days. When I called to complain, they didnt try and make the situation better, they made me feel as if it was my fault. In addition, they did not refund my shipping costs back to me. I then sent back my order and returned the wrong item & exchanged a pair of shoes. To my suprise when I received my package, they were the completly wrong shoe, and the shoe I received was $10 dollars cheaper than what I was oricinally charged for. I'm so weary of my order being messed up or that I will be ripped off again, I REFUSE to shop at this store again and will keep the shoes I did not order originally to ensure i dont get ripped off again."
