I placed the order for Leica leather case kit with Leica battery #BD-DC4. Obviously I think the wrong items were sent to me. I called up Focus Camera customer service and had a discussion about it. The agent on the phone insisted that the website did not guarantee that I will get Leica product. However I based my purchase decision on the image and description on your website and it stated very clearly that this item is Leica Brand leather camera case + Leica brand battery with exact number I need for my camera. Your rep said she will be mailing out 2 - #BD-DC4 batteries however she can not guarantee it will be Leica Brand. I have not receive that nor did I received any e-mail confirming the store action. The communication had been very poor. I never received e-mail confirmation when I place the order.
