We need to say that we have improved our team resourcing and our internal management mechanism.
we have built a team of over 10 persons, 7 of them whom majored in English while at college. We also have manager from top-500 Company who used to lead service team for HP, Dell, Lenovo customers and personnel with master’s degree. Moreover, whatever electronic products or accessory you can conceive can be found in our sites.
I wonder whether you honor still shop with focalprice. I just hope that our efforts in consoling will alleviate your past pains and I, on behalf of our company, apologize to you for another time for such a late reply since you posted this review on 1/19/09 10:02 AM.
