The problem you have encountered is a problem of failure in notification. We should have notified you when there’s delayed order, partial shipment and delivery of normal/back order.
Pls be advised that the "Abnormal Order Processing" System is under building. And two weeks later, all updated information for back order, order change/cancellation, resending, tracking information, refund will be passed to you automatically.
During this interim when system is not completed, I have a very clear KPI for my staff and check the notification status of my team everyday to ensure nothing is neglected. We introduced a “Sunset Theory” for daily management, which means all things should be completed before the sun sets.
We can guarantee you a completely different customer experience if you have a try with us. I apologize to you again for the inconvenience caused.

If a product is broken you should contact us, then you can send it back to us on our costs.*Within 14 days of arrival and below a limited shipping cost
But you shouldn't open it because that voids the warranty.
The bad quality is a shame but we can't always check the quality because sometimes the sample product we get is better quality then the ones we originally get to sell.
I hope this explains a bit of the issue, we definitely don't intent to sell a bad product.
