"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.I ORDERED A SPAY TYPE WATER CONTAINER
WAS SENT 4 PAIRS OF CHEAP SUNGLASSES. 99 CENT STORE TYPE

"These people are thieves, they send you inferior/wrong items and refuse to replace them. They also lie when they say that an item is in stock, my entire order was "in-stock" when I placed the order and it got shipped almost 2 and a half weeks later!
Oh, and the worst thing is that they pay people (i.e. drmadcow) to write positive reviews and post lies on the forum, saying that X product is great, worth every penny, etc etc

Stay away from them."

"After I paid for my product, this is what their confirmation email said: "We have receive your order XXXXXXXX,which will be processed in one business day.Once we ship your oredr,you wil receive an email confirmation of your shipment." I never received a confirmation that it shipped, have inquired about why not and still have not heard from them. Don't buy from them. Not worth the hassle. Now I have to contest the charge with PayPal. Pain in the A$$..."

I’m the new customer service manager of focalprice (www.focalprice.com). I wrote to you to apologize for the inconvenience we have brought you.

The problem you have encountered is a problem of failure in notification. We should have notified you when there’s delayed order, partial shipment and delivery of normal/back order.

Pls be advised that the "Abnormal Order Processing" System is under building. And two weeks later, all updated information for back order, order change/cancellation, resending, tracking information, refund will be passed to you automatically.

During this interim when system is not completed, I have a very clear KPI for my staff and check the notification status of my team everyday to ensure nothing is neglected. We introduced a “Sunset Theory” for daily management, which means all things should be completed before the sun sets.

We can guarantee you a completely different customer experience if you have a try with us. I apologize to you again for the inconvenience caused.

"Absolutely terrible quality products. I have ordered 2 MP4 players in the past from Focalprice, and both were dead upon arrival. When I opened the players to check for any problems, I found PLENTY. One player had several solder connections that were poorly soldered to the point that they were unrepairable, and the other shipped without an internal battery!

The only reason these products are so much cheaper than the competition is because they are likely selling QC rejects. Also, one of my MP4 Players shipped without cables, and it specifically stated it came with these in the description.

I STRONGLY caution any potential buyers to stay away from this site, as it will cause nothing but headaches.

PS: There is customer service, and they seem fairly nice, but they want me to spend $25 on international shipping to send back a $22 player, and all I would likely get is another DOA unit.

In my opinion, this site simply isn't worth it.

“Hello,

If a product is broken you should contact us, then you can send it back to us on our costs.*Within 14 days of arrival and below a limited shipping cost
But you shouldn't open it because that voids the warranty.
The bad quality is a shame but we can't always check the quality because sometimes the sample product we get is better quality then the ones we originally get to sell.
I hope this explains a bit of the issue, we definitely don't intent to sell a bad product.

"Sometimes they good sometime they not. I use this company as a dropship for me. Sometimes they deliver fast, sometime the item out of stock, sometime they send a wrong item to my customer. This not consistency.. and really bad for businessman like me. I have to face customer complaint, return back their money and received bad reputation. "

"It has been 16 days, I have heard NOTHING from them. They WILL NOT reply to any message I send them no matter how many I send. I sent them a message explaining that I have lost all patience dealing with them and that if they don't tell me where my order is in the next day or two and when I can expect it, that I want a complete refund. Either way, they will never hear from me again.

I am completely regretting ever even going to this website."

"I ordered a phone from these guys and paid extra for faster EMS shipping. After almost four days of waiting for the phone, it remains unshipped. After several submitted trouble tickets I finally got a response stating that the phone was out of stock, even though it still shows in-stock on their website right now. I was asked by their support people the following, and I quote: "How about share us five days more", which I assume is to wait five more days. Wait for what exactly? I needed that phone tomorrow (literally tomorrow). Wait for the phone which-is in stock to come back in-stock? Wait for the phone to actually ship? Wait five days to be told to wait more? Ridiculous!

Again, the phone in question shows to be in stock right now on their site. I guess they will gladly take money from unsuspecting buyers and then stretch out the process."
