Contacted them and they gave me a tracking number and a Chinese written tracking site that never worked. Finally after asking them to cancel the order did they provide the same tracking # to a different site that showed no movement for over 30 days then all of a sudden it ships 36 days later with no warning or excuses. I contacted them again and insisted on a refund and they could keep their product but they claimed it had been shipped (of course return shipping to China is absolutely ridiculous), it arrived 2 weeks later and of course... the idiots sent me a Euro charging kit so now I have a ecig that I can\u0027t charge and I can\u0027t send back. They might be cheaper but be ready to deal with slightly less intelligent people.
