"these pieces of sh*t are a complete scam. I ordered on Dec. 26, still hasn't come. Their joke of a customer service just keeps telling me to wait. This "company" is a scam. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS"

"I ordered a Hello Kitty clock that there was a good price on a website coupon forum i belong to. A bunch of us decided to purchase the clock. Thought it would make a great gift. I ordered the item dec 9 2011. On dec 13 I was told it shipped. To this day I never received the product. i went to check how the others from the forum felt about their purchase and they all claimed they did not receive the product and the company claims it was lost in the mail. I find it hard to believe that so many of us all had it lost in the mail. I have emailed but not heard back. Be careful of this potential scam.
UPDATE: So I quickly learned if you want a response you must review them as they did not respond to my emails. I spent three hours attempting to chat with some one who told me it would take over a week to get a refund. After making a review here I received an immediate refund and a promise of a coupon for next purchase if i changed my rating. I explained to them i did not feel the issue was resolved to my satisfaction as they never informed me of the product issues not being sent and then i could not get in touch. I appreciated the coupon offer until i realized it was only if i changed my rating. I dont think it is appropriate to not do the right thing for the customer because they severely screwed up and not just to force me to change my rating. I would have changed the rating if they did the right thing and gave me a real coupon and got me the product i ordered."

"I would not buy anything from this company. I bought a Hello Kitty Alarm Clock on Dec. 11, 2011 for my 7 year old granddaughter. I still have not received it. When I placed the order it said I would get it by Christmas. I checked to see if it was sent and saw that I would not get it until Jan. 3, 2012. Now it says there is not tracking. So I contacted them around Jan. 4, 2012 on their Live Chat as was told to contact them after Jan 23, 2012 for a refund. I have been trying to contact them and their Live Chat says (Thank you! We will get in touch with you soon.) So I contacted Paypal for a dispute and was told that since is was after 45 days they can not guarantee a refund. So now I am out of money that they took and now I have to try and find a gift for my 7 year old granddaughter for a late Christmas gift. I think this is very poor business practice. So beware of this company. It is out of China also. I guess I should have thought of that before I place my order. "

"I ordered and received the email stating that the product is shipped the next day. The expected delivery time is 6-14 days. Now it is 30 days already and I'm still waiting. They don't respond to inquiries either.

Update: the company representative did contact me after seeing this post. She is very apologetic about the delay and offered me the choice of waiting longer with a coupon for future purchase. I opted for refund and got it immediately. As a result I'm upgrading my rating.

"From all the reviews i read, i give this site no star at all. I placed my order Jan 5 and the shipping date kept on changing until now i see none of my package. I believe this is only good if you are from China too. Never trust this for international shipping, thats what i get from buying cheaper stuff but not even worth it.Very disappointing!!! "

"Focalprice are a very competitive online company and they try very hard to satisfy their customers, they sent me the item in wrong color and compensated me, the customer service is very friendly and speaks good English, delivery will take some time but that is normal when you buy anything from China, the prices are very good and I will buy from them again!"

"Good customer service! They will reply within one or two days. Although, live chat might not be the priority way to ask questions as you will have to wait for an hour and ending up no one in the chat room... Besides, boxes are crushed when received, though blame on the post office guy. It will be better if Focal price provide a card box that will protect the products instead of putting everything in a bag! However, overall service is great!

"Focalprice accepted my order & my money, But just like many other reviews I have been reading' I also am waiting for a order I don't think I will see! They don't respond to emails either. I also think the site may be a scam. It's the second Chinese website I have had trouble with. "never again""

"It has been a month since my order was place with FocalPrice.com. I paid for the order with PayPal, and they claim to have shipped it, but so far the order has still not been received. After contacting them, they told me not to contact them about this order again until after February 11. By that time it will have been around 6 weeks since they claim to have shipped the order. I am beginning to believe FocalPrice is a scam."

"Purchased my item on December 15 with expected delivery time on January 5th at the very latest. I followed up with them several times and each time they gave me a prompt, courteous response and ultimately gave me a new estimated delivery date of January 25. It arrived on January 19. This was meant to be a holiday gift, so it was a bit disappointing to have gotten it so late. Packaging was kind of dirty and tattered, so I'm hoping quality of their products holds. Overall, very very slow shipping, but at least they kept me in the loop."
