I've used them about 5 times, and shipping always takes an age to the UK, but recently they have held shipment for weeks, and changed shipment when they've already told me that my stuff is on the way.<br>Most recently they have sent BS emails saying that my credit card may be stolen and that I need to send a photo copy of the front and back of my card! This is something that they should not ask for, or need; and if they ask you to do it, refuse - you open yourself up to fraud and your bank will not refund you anything if you willing supply this info to anyone.<br>Ordering by Paypal seems to be the only way to go, but recently they have started sending the wrong items. When I purchased the item Sunday, March 3rd, I paid good money to have it delivered in 4 or 5 days. I never received a shipping notification all week. I found out it wasn't shipped by logging on their site today. I wasted all week because of this so called business.<br>The day after I ordered on Sunday, the company emails me asking to confirm my information or the order would be cancelled if there wasn't a reply in 5 days. Luckily I checked my email that day or I would have been waiting and then cancelled.<br>This was the worst transaction I have ever made with a company.<br>I asked for a refund and all they can say the order is cancelled. I cannot get them to say or write anything about receiving a full refund.<br>After researching the focalprice name I found there are many unhappy customers.
