The first and best of all are Prices (more over in these days, you know) They have good quality and wishes to do a good job, but sometimes...  
I have ordered 9 times with a lot of items in every order and I wrote 5 RMA. It is not quite good.  
Delayed items (it is not important I can wait to safe money), mistakes in description, another items instead, broken item,...  
I had no problem with broken item (resent it in a new order with no extra charges)  
I "missed" and reported item and I never receive it (even when cost was 0,01$!!)  
And the worst of all they tried to get more money from me when I asked for correct item (they were confusse and send me several, unvalid for me, items)  
In addition, I do not know when items are shipped or simply delayed: they always put a mark as "shipped", so you only realize when packet arrives, and then-> message to confirm, answer is "open a new RMA", RMA opened, then you get confirmation they are over stock and you must wait...  
Sometimes is a chaos... Any way I will give them new opportunity. I think beggining of new year is always a problem (they begin medium february: a lot of holidays, no replacement of stock...)  
But, pay attention Focalprice: last time

Focalprice has an excellent customer service, which is fast and friendly. All of my products arrived very fast and in good shape except my previous order, which was broken when it arrived, but I was able to order a replacement without a breeze. All the products are cheap and reasonable quality (You cant expect perfect with extremely cheap products). They have a very interesting range of products (especially wrist watches).  
I definently recommend Focalprice to everyone!!

I ordered a phone from these guys and paid extra for faster EMS shipping. After almost four days of waiting for the phone, it remains unshipped. After several submitted trouble tickets I finally got a response stating that the phone was out of stock, even though it still shows in-stock on their website right now. I was asked by their support people the following, and I quote: "How about share us five days more", which I assume is to wait five more days. Wait for what exactly? I needed that phone tomorrow (literally tomorrow). Wait for the phone which-is in stock to come back in-stock? Wait for the phone to actually ship? Wait five days to be told to wait more? Ridiculous!  
 
Again, the phone in question shows to be in stock right now on their site. I guess they will gladly take money from unsuspecting buyers and then stretch out the process.

In my personal opinion, this page (company) is the best for buying things in the net: cheap, no problem at all with the deliveries, easy to buy, good quality products. I recently had a problem with and article and they sorted out the problem in only three days. Very serious. I trust totally on them.

I have ordered from FocalPrice many times, and I don't have any complaints. This store is great. Wide product range, cheap prices. I'm completely satisfied.  
Customer service very friendly and responds very fast. If you have a problem, just contact customer service to resolve it.
