Readers can check my other reviews on this website to see that negative reviews are only given when a company truly deserves one. To outline the problems I had with them rather than go into details, note the following things that occured with my order from FoamOnline.com: <br><br>- horrible customer service<br>- no communication with customer unless you contact them demanding information<br>- very slow order processing, with no updates regarding any delays<br>- no communication to say an order has shipped unless you contact them demanding it<br>- no tracking information is provided unless you contact them demanding it<br>- partial orders get shipped without providing any details regarding the remainder of the order<br>- orders cancelled by phone and by email eventually get processed and shipped out anyway<br>- website indicates 5 to 10 business days for processing\/shipping - mine was more than a month<br><br>Perspective buyers, you have been warned. I can guarantee that I will not be purchasing from FoamOnline ever again.
