They were running a month long special, and the price was cheaper than anyone else I could find. I downloaded the software and everything worked great. A few days later I received a call from a Florida Music Co. representative (Hi Julie), and she stated that one of their competitors was offering the same software for less than what I paid. Florida Music Co. worked out a deal with the software vendor and offered a free of charge add-on pack of \u201cmy choice\u201d for my software to rectify the situation. Absolutely Incredible! The next day, I received a note that the item was backordered and would arrive in stock in two days and be shipped immediately. I asked if they could upgrade the shipping since the item was a gift. They offered three day. But, then, on the following day, they said that they wouldn\u0027t be getting the item FOR ANOTHER WEEK and, because of the margin on the item, could no longer offer three day shipping. I canceled the order.
