We shopped the prices around and Flooring.org was very competitive. Their service before the order was way better than anyone else and that's what made us decide to pay a little bit more. It turned out to be the right choice. Our installers missed on their measurements and we nad to order additional materrials - twice. The shipping policy at Wicanders made the shipments very expensive and Eric went out of his way by offered to defray some of the costs. Once in, the floor is absolutely stunning! I will use them again when my next flooring needs come up. "

Eric came out double checked our mesurements and gave us samples to look at for almost a week (not like those little chips you get from the big box stores). Eric worked with us to keep the budget under control. He was very supportive with the fact of me laying the floor by giving tips the whole time. The flooring we had ordered was not really up to our expectations for quality. Eric supported us and did a good job representing us to the factory in getting things done.
