The price was right, and the flooring looks wonderful, but the best part of my experience had to do with the two support staff personnel who helped me through a problem with my order. They listened to my concerns and immediately tooks steps to coordinate with the company representative to resolve my concerns. Tammy and Betsy demonstrated total customer focus along with prompt and professional treatment. They kept me informed via e-mail or telephone at all times and never once made me feel like I was asking too much or causing them any problems. "Stellar! Outstanding! Nothing but easy from beginning to end. I ordered clearance sale tile and could not have been happier. Customer service was kind and conscientious. (They were ready to help me through everything from color coordination to amount of flooring necessary.) Delivery time was reasonable -- great prices for offering free shipping.
