We immediately saw the price per square, for the floor we wanted, was $3 cheaper than the lowest bid we had.<br><br>Without another minute to waste we ordered the flooring. It arrived in 5 days and was installed in 3 by a local contractor.<br><br>Floormall was very easy to work with and it was even easier to get in touch with someone. There was no visible damage to the shipment and the tile was packaged into the center of a pallet allowing space to avoid any damage in shipping. "Customer service and product was outstanding. I accidentally ordered the wrong product because the sub flooring was not as expected. Even though the other order had been shipped they substituted the new product which was the same cost with no complaints and no shipping costs. They were outstnding on the phone where you always got a real person and the flooring was excellent. "
