I have never dealt with a worst vendor. Save your money, shop elsewhere.

I ordered a 8GB MicroSDHC card from this company that supposedly included an adapter to regular SD. They only shipped me the card with no adapter so now I can not sync it with my computer without buying another adapter or sync device. Repeated e-mails to the company only yielded one reply with a picture of what I should have been sent (the mico and the adapter) and a brief note stating that I should look closer at what I was shipped (like I can't tell when an adapter that is 3x the size of the card is missing). I could not get any further response. I even told them that I had not opened the original package and all they had to do was send me the correct shipment and a return label for the incorrect shipment...nothing. I will never shop there again and would warn anyone from doing so.

If you're thinking of buying ANYTHING from this company, think again, and DON'T! This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They charged my credit card and I have not received the XD Card I ordered. Numerous emails have gone unanswered. I can't find a telephone number to call. I am not alone, folks. Read the reviews on other sites. I am sure the one or two positive ones were submitted by the owners. Save yourself a whole lot of grief ... buy your stuff somewhere else!

I've ordered items that were 'In stock' and 10 days later it's still not shipped. They say they sent me an email to ask me to call them, but I have nothing from them in me Junk folder, so they must be lying. In 10 years of ordering online, I never had such a painful buying experience. The fact that they take 2 days to answer an email doesn't help.

Ordered a dashboard mount for my GPS on 12/19/2007. Two weeks go by without a trace, I call & email the company on the status with no response. On 1/24/2008 I get a ship confirmation from them! Over 1 month later they decide to ship!!! I had already purchased one locally, so I just returned the one I got from Flash Memory Store to the local reseller.
These guys are the absolute worst!!!

Attention: Do not expect the item you shop for at this store to be in stock even though their website says it is in stock. I ordered an Olympus 1GB xD Memory Card type H and the order went through and my credit card was charged. I received an email the next day stating that it was out of stock and would be substituted with a Fuji brand. I called their famous excuse of a customer service department which is an answering machine and told them to cancel the order. I also emailed them stating the order needs to be canceled.
Later that evening I received a phone call from a salesman who wanted to inform me that they can not fulfill the order because it is out of stock but that he is going to send me a substitute. I told him, "Absolutely not!!! Cancel the order." He then said that they would send my order when it is back in stock. I got real mad and told him that I demand he cancel the order and that I have emailed and left phone messages stating such. He finally acknowledged that the sale was over and said they would credit my card. That remains to be seen.
Why should online shopping be this inefficient. I wish that I had read the reseller reviews for this site to start with. I usually do, but the Flash Memory Store is a yahoo merchant so I assumed they were of good repute.
Finally, what really ticks me off is that they are still doing the bait and switch i.e, pretending to stock a hard to find item and then once they've billed your card, they call you to tell you they are substituting the item with an inferior or common item. Olympus Brand xD cards have a code that unlocks master software features. Fuji does not have the code. You pay extra for Olympus brand, especially Type H high-speed cards.
I know that this is true because I've been going back to their website to see if they change the item availability icon from "in stock buy now" to "out of stock" or "temporarily unavailable". Guess what. They never changed it.

I ordered a simple 2 GB SD flash card, it was supposedly shipped 12/11/07, but this company is so incompentent, they can't get it to me. It has circulated through the mail system ever since, going back and forth between IL and FL. Their only phone number is an answering machine. They do not respond to emails. I checked their record with BBB, it is the worst I've ever seen. NEVER order from this company. You would be better off making a charitable contribution to them - at least you would know for certain that you are getting nothing in return.

8GB Sandisk SDHC Delivered as promised. Works perfectly in my XV6800 (after registry tweek). Vendor sent emails to notify every step of the way. 5 days from order to receipt (I chose 2-day shipping option so their pre-ship work took 2 to 3 days). Very satisfied. I made a purchase from this store before I read all of the negative comments on this site.(I found out about RESELLERRATINGS.COM after I made my purchase) I was so paranoid after reading the ratings, I was wanting to cancel my order. I have to honestly say, They delivered my 2GB Transend 150X card as ordered, as promised and on time. I cannot complain about this online store and will order from them again in the future.

Flash Memory provided me with one of the worst buying experience I have ever had. Customer (dis)service was absolutely horrible. I purchased a SDHC 4gb card for my blackberry. The card came up as an option when I hit the link on their website. Unfortunately not all cards listed in the link were compatible and I tried to return the item. I sent an email to them the day after I received the card. No one ever responded so I sent the item back around 3 weeks later.
So, I get an email from them saying that the item was returned without the proper form and it was returned 31 days after the date it was shipped. Their window is 30 days. So I sent them a copy of my original email and explained that no one ever responded to it. Alex in customer service wrote back to me that they never received the first email, I returned the item without the proper form and they were going to hit me with a 20% restocking charge. After 4 exchanges of emails all attempting to point out the fact that: 1) their website suggested the wrong card, 2) I sent an email letting them know that I was returning the item and 3) if someone had responded to my original email, I would have asked for the proper form etc.
I had planned on purchasing the correct card from them but the way they treated me compels me to look elsewhere for the product and spread the anti-Flash Memory Store gospel.
I just wish that I had checked this site prior to getting involved with them.

My item was a bracket to mount a handheld gps unit in a car. Item was ordered on Oct. 3rd 2007. Item arrived on Nov. 09 2007. They told me the item was backordered. (Haven't they heard of FedEx?)
Their website is misleading because the page the product was on said "Ready to Ship!". And obviously it was not. They also didn't communicate with me once unless I initiated it. They could've at least offered free shipping to compensate for inconvenience.

I rcvd an email stating they needed to verify my shipping and billing address. After leaving it twice at the number given, which simply matched the information I already provided initially, I never heard a word from them. I emailed several times asking the status of the order. I called several different numbers (all of which were voice mail boxes) and never got a response. I finally called and emailed to cancel the order. I better not see the charge on my account. I will never do business with this company again.

Great Store!
I ordered a 4 GB CF Card that had to be returned because it wouldn't work in my Garmin Street Pilot 2610. Of course, I had opened the sealed package to test the card. I used their website to request a return and also sent a e-mail to their customer service. That same day I received a confirmation e-mail and on the following day a personal e-mail from Amanda Meierdirk, the Flash Memory Store representative. She professionally answered my concerns and arranged for the return of the CF card. The lady also personally packaged a new card and shipped it out the same day. What more can anyone want from a seller? Work with them and they will work with you.

I placed an order to buy the 2GB Kingston 133X Secure Digital Card. It took way too much time for the item to arrive. I e-mailed them like three times and also called them at least 3 times too, but never got an reply. Finally, I got the item, but it was the 2GB Q 150x SD Card. What...what the heck was that. It was not even what I ordered. A very unpleasant experience I had with those people. Never will I do any business with them. STAY AWAY FROM THOSE PEOPLE. Did I get my specified Samsung Flash Drive?
NO !!!
They shipped me a "Super Flash Drive" USB 2.0 16GB
that can be purchased for $70 less and has inferior specs (I could not find that brand & model on their website). Of course FMS pocketed the $70. I've emailed them concerning the matter but they have not answered. I've sent them a letter return receipt requested, but they probably won't answer. If they don't, the next step is to send them a notarized presumptive letter with proof of mailing. How do these people get away with this sort of thing for so many years???
