"THE MEMORY CARDS DID NOT HAVE A CASE TO KEEP THEM IN AFTER REMOVING FROM THE PACKAGING.
I EXPECTED TO HAVE A LITTLE CONTAINER TO STORE THEM IN.
THIS WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTING BUT OVERALL VERY GOOD."

"-SCAM- +BUYER BEWARE+

My wife and i ordered a tv from this "site" on Sep. 8, 2005. We called to confirm about 3 days later and they said it will be shipped and should be at our home in a week. About 2 days later i checked the "site" to get the tracking number..there was none. My wife called to get it and they hung up on her. We called a total of 3 times after this and got no answer. i then emailed them 3 more times and got no response. We then decided to cancel the order. My wife called and actually got through..as soon as she said she wanted to cancel they hung up..could not get a hold of them after this. I wrote to the BBB and to the district attorney..BEWARE-they also operate under the name PRICEMAD.COM.....pls do not use them i have since found better online stores to use."

"I ordered a Plasma TV online for what I thought was a very good price. The next day, I got an email instructing me to call and verify my order. I've never had any other merchant ask me this and now I know why. After waiting on hold for 10+ minutes, I got a very impolite salesman on the phone and let him know I was calling for "confirmation". He immediately starts trying to sell me other products, which, unlike the TV, were roughly double suggested retail. After telling him I just needed the TV, he informs me that they can't ship it because they can't verify my information!!!!! Why not tell me that up front? I suspect that this store only completes transactions that include their overpriced accessories. After all, most people aren't going to notice that their stand is $150 over retail when buying a $3000 TV. Save yourself some time and skip this store."

"I wanted to order a Panasonic plasma television. They had the best price as listed on a popular search engine. I place my order on their website. That's when it all started.....

I got an email stating they wanted to "verify" my information". I knew this was trouble. When I called, I was told the television I ordered was inferior to their "professional" line ("Pro Kit" as they call it on their site).

Well the "pro kit" for the Pioneer PDP-505CMX, as stated on their website, supposedly has a 13bit processor and displays like 300 billion colors with a contrast ratio of 10,000:1.

For $1500 more than retail, I bought into this "pro kit". After calling Pioneer and a few "undercover" calls to pricemad.com, I learned this "pro kit" is just the plasma with the PDA-5004 card (Pioneer's standard card). It is a 10bit processor, and retails for ~$299. The contrast ratio for this monitor is about 1100:1.

So I paid $1500 for a $300 card. You can go now to their website and look at the posting for the Pioneer PDP-505CMX. They are committing fraud, pure and simple. I give them the lowest rating."

"I ordered a Sharp Aquos Lcd Tv. The vendor promptly sent me a tracking number as soon as they shipped the Tv. It arrived this morning, even though I didn't have expedited delivery and the box was packaged very well. Great seller!!! A+"

"This is my 2nd projector that I have bought from them and they have as good as service as always. I went first to another projector store and they tried to force a certain brand of projector on me. I went back to PCVideo and they talked to me, told me pro's and cons, and did not make fun of my decision. I got a sanyo Z5 and its a great projector with a great warranty."

"I have 4 to 5 years experience buying things on internet.

I never have any problem buying on internet before. This is my First case.

I order the Plasma TV Pioneer PDP-4340HD from PriceMad.com on March 21.

Before I placed the order on the internet. I called them to make sure they have it instock and I also ask them after I placed the order on internet when they will ship out. They told me they will ship out in 1 to 2 business days.

Then I placed the order immediately on the website. I received a email 10 minutes later for call them to verify my order. So I called them again to confirm everything with them.

I waited for a whole week until March 28 still never receive any email from them , so I call them again. They said it was backorder and need to wait 3 weeks.

Then I told them I want to cancel the order.

I asked my boyfriend to call them about the same Plasma TV and told my boyfriend to ask them if it is instock and he will order it. The sales told my boyfriend , they have it instock and suggest him to place the order now. My boyfriend said he will think about it then hang up.

This is the experience I got from PriceMad.com

My boyfriend told me they maybe just want to have your credit card information.


Today April 13, I received seven phone calls (10am to 3:30pm) from them in complaining on my comments on their in-stock, shipments and delivery problem.

First of all, the product was never in stock when I placed a order (they claimed they have in-stock when I contact the sales agent), and I canceled the order seven days later because the product was still in backorder and told me to wait for 3 weeks to ship out *I refused to wait the product for 3 weeks*. Now two weeks later after I canceled order, through phone contact, the agent claimed to do an immediate charge on order with a restocking fee because the comment I wrote. What business practice is this?! I never receive my order, and I canceled the order long time ago; now they want to charge me restocking fee. *He told me on the phone said his boss was unhappy because I wrote the review.* I thought in US, customer is always right whether he/she is right or wrong.

I hope those consumers who read this comment should find a better serving retailer. "
