"I was very disappointed with my experience with Fitness Repair Parts.I ordered a replacement shock for my Reebok treadmill. The part was defective (the shock would not compress). I called 5 times to get a replacement part, and each time went through their automated system and then was put on hold, until the system disconnected me.I never got to speak with a real person. I ended up replacing the treadmill.I would NEVER recommend anyone to Fitness Repair Parts."

"Do not buy from this company.I ordered a replacement console for $300 for a Pro-form eliptical machine and received the part in about a week. The part that was sent to me was not new the protective coverings had been removed and stuck back on haphazardly. When i installed it, it did not work. Called customer service got a RA# sent it back at a $20 cost to me. Never heard from anyone. Called 2 weeks later and was told that they received the part but they were moving their wherehouse and could not give me a date as to when the replacement part could be shipped. Waited 3 more weeks called and was just told that the part is backorded and they cannot give me a shipping date. I asked for a refund and was told they cannot refund my money. So i have no part and no money. I would strongly recommend not doing business with this company. "

"Really impressed. Great prices at half of what the manufacturer wanted to charge me for the parts. Arrived quickly via FEDEX ground. Parts fit perfect and appear to be of good quality, like OEM. Only thing that would have been better is if I didn't have to sign with FEDEX when they delivered the stuff. They sent it FEDEX with signature and I'm not home during the day. However, would buy from them again."
"I was really happy with the order process and the quickness of the delivery time.I have a treadmill i bought from sears i called them they couldn't find part the gut didn't have a clue.I looked on computer found Fitness Repair Parts i seen part in a picture ordered it and it was at my door in two days. Sears needs to do some training they lost my business. "

"The strap I received seems to be the right one.Of course, the cost was ridiculus.A ten dollar part... by the time I got done, I had spent about 36.00. There is a 25 dollar minimum fee, so either you cough up the bucks, or they force you to buy something you don't need.Add to that 10.00 to ship this thing... Could have gone USPS priority mail for less than 5 bucks.I would never do business with these people again and would recommend you do the same, if you can possibly avoid them."

"The good: Part shipped the day after I ordered and arrived quickly. It was the right part, fit correctly, and appears to be of comparable quality to the part I took out. I was informed when it shipped and provided a tracking number. All in all, exactly what you want when you order something online.Now, the not so good. The price of the part was, frankly, outrageous. I found another site that offered the part for over 2.5x (yes, two and a half times) less with comparable shipping. However, it was backordered there, and I needed the part. On Fitness Repair Parts, I could not tell if the part was in stock, but I placed the order anyway. It was obviously in stock and, as I said above, shipped the next day.Also, the shipping was high, nearly $14 for 1.1 lbs. It was "good" shipping, though, in that they required an indirect signature and delivered on Saturday. Also, this is comparable to other parts websites.All in all, I got the part I needed quickly. However, I paid over double what I would have paid elsewhere if I could have waited a few weeks. To their credit, there were no surprises; I knew I was paying way too much when I did it. Also, be sure to look at their return policy and warranty. I considered their terms to be particularly onerous compared to other sites I've ordered from with a short warranty period, large restocking fee, long refund processing times, and a laundry list of "terms" to satisfy. I was nervous ordering from them with these terms, and I am thankful the part works as advertised. Recommended, assuming you are ready to pay the price and accept their terms."
"The web site was easy to use. I found the part I was looking for quickly. Ordering was easy and quick. Part arrived in just a few days. Plenty of emails with tracking numbers and status updates. I would gladly order from them again."
"I totally agree with the rest of the comments and confirm that I had same problem with two of my orders, where some item was out of stock (never mentioned on the web site and there were never an e-mail notification sent saying that item is currently out of stock). I hate the fact that you have to purchase minimum $25 that is forcing you to buy an extra item if you below it. Also customer support is completely ridiculous. When I asked them can you separate my order and ship main item immediately I've been told that beside they will charge me extra $5 (item cost was $20 to make it to $25 min charge) there will be a separate $11.54 charge. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE, COMPLETE RIP-OFF, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, INSANE SHIPPING PRICES, AND SHIPPING TAKES MONTHS TO RECEIVE IT. I will be reporting this website the consumer services, so they get fined for bad business practice."
