"I found their website very user-friendly. It's take a little longer than I would've liked to get all my products, and some are in a second shipment, which - 11 days later - I haven't received a tracking number/shipment notification for. However, when I called to inquire, the person I spoke to was very helpful and polite. Some of the boxes in my shipment were a bit dinged, but nothing horrible, and nothing was broken."
