"These guys are pure skank, and quite possibly the worst online retailer I have ever dealt with. My order was processed in a reasonable amount of time, and my new *(free)glasses arrived in fine condition in a padded envelope...from China. I wasn't aware when I placed the order they were coming from there; if I would have known this fact, I would never have ordered from them. Several days later I finally got around to opening the package and trying them on for the first time. The progressive lens prescription seemed correct, however the arms were so short, it looked like I was wearing a pair of kid's frames! So, I send an email to Customer Service, to which I receive an anonymous reply within a couple of hours. Here's their response:Hi Mark,Thanks for your quick reply.That the arms are short is not a quality problem nor a processing problem caused by us. And we do not carry longer arms for this model, so the solution could only be to purchase a new pair.The lens price is not refundable, because they were made exactly as per your prescription. They can not be reused even if you returned them.Sorry for any confusion and inconvenience we brought.Any further question, please let us know.Best regards.This is a resolution? To tell me to resolve "MY" problem by purchasing another pair?? As an online eyeglasses retailer who offers no option to try at home before they make lenses for your selection of frame(s), my type of fitment issue must happen at least several times per day. And this is how they resolve a customer issue? I can't believe these guys stay in business!DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS!! ANY OF THE FAVORABLE REVIEWS YOU FIND ONLINE ARE THE RESULT OF THEM COLD-CALLING PEOPLE AND GIVING THEM A FREE PAIR IN EXCHANGE FOR THEIR POSITIVE REVIEW. ASSUME THAT EACH FIVE STAR REVIEW YOU FIND ONLINE IS TAINTED.*Although my "first pair of glasses were FREE", due to my requirement of progressive lenses I had to pay $58.80 for them. Their "Free" glasses they tout are from a very limited selection and are a very cheap plastic (not acetate like a Ray-Ban frame) frame. The pair I picked from the "Free" category had a retail value (w std lenses) of just $26.00"
" recently ordered three pairs of glasses from Firmoo. I bought them and then checked the reviews. I was almost afraid because the company had received such a bad review from the public. Nevertheless, the order was sent, they had my money and I just had to hope for the best. Firmoo pulled through and provided quick postage and three great pairs of glasses.I think people are more likely to jump on, have a dig and give a bad review whenever they have a bad experience with anything. The problem might be that people who did have a good/problem free experience don't always let others know about it.In summary, with my experience, the postage was fair, the glasses arrived unharmed and on time. They look great, they were nicely priced and I'm pretty happy with it all."
"I heard about the Firmoo first pair of glasses being free so I found the frames I wanted and went to order them, but they wouldn't give me the discount. I contacted their customer service and some guy named Skite made a point to put me in my place! Quote from Skite: "Frankly, our free glasses system have been on work for several years and thousands of our customers have enjoyed that without trouble." Thanks for your help, Skite. This is the worst customer service I've ever received!!!"
"I got my glasses within a couple weeks of ordering, and they arrived as described with the proper prescription, but the lenses were covered in smudges and fingerprints. Even after cleaning them off, they already seem easily smudged after having them less than a day."

It's not a good deal if you just give them your money and don't get the product. Also, paid and extra $18 for express shipping. I would NOT recommend this company to any one. "Have ordered 3 pair of glasses (1 distance, 2 progressive) in the last month from Firmoo. Total cost was ~$120. All 3 arrived in 7-10 days and were 100% perfect right out of the box! Frames are of a very good quality and the fit is wonderful!After bad experiences with Coastal Contacts and Zenni, I was very concerned about trying yet another online vendor but was happily surprised with Firmoo! The only caveat is that they, like most other online eyewear vendors, are Asia-based so sometimes there are communication/translation issues.A big thumbs-up for Firmoo!"
