"Recently, I purchased an electric fireplace from another site. Every time it was suppose to ship, I was notified that it was on backorder. This happened twice so, after much frustration, I went to fireplaces-and-more.com I spoke with Frank and he was very sympathetic to my plight. He immediately made arrangements for a fireplace to be shipped the next day *and* he gave me a discount. I couldn't ask for anyone to have done more for me than Frank did.
