"Recently, I purchased an electric fireplace from another site. Every time it was suppose to ship, I was notified that it was on backorder. This happened twice so, after much frustration, I went to fireplaces-and-more.com I spoke with Frank and he was very sympathetic to my plight. He immediately made arrangements for a fireplace to be shipped the next day *and* he gave me a discount. I couldn't ask for anyone to have done more for me than Frank did. He definitely went the extra mile and stayed in touch with me all the way. Kudos to Frank and fireplaces-and-more.com

He assured me that my order would be delivered in a timely fashion - and it was! I ordered the fireplace on 11/10 and received it today 11/16. My husband and I put the fireplace together in about an hour and a half - it is stunning!!! I would absolutely order from Frank again! Dont listen to the bad reviews on this website. Go onto storeyourmedia.com's Ebay store and you will see the fabulous reviews he gets for his merchandise! "
