It was easy to find what I was looking for and order from the website. My order arrived a couple of days sooner than they said it would. AND they saved me $30 on the 2 cables I purchased! Who wouldn't like fast service and saving $30?!

Great company with great prices and great products. I've ordered from them a number of times before. The quality of their audio/video cables is excellent. They're just as good as any high-end cable you'll find in stores, but at literally half the price. This may be a bit "off topic", but if you're going to buy audio/video cables, you'll find no one better than Firefold.

Firefold has always been on top of there game when it came to all my orders. I found in February during an online search for 1.3b HDMI cables for my new LCD. I will shop no other!

I ordered a specialized multi-conductor shielded cable. I couldn't find this anywhere else. Firefold had it and at a reasonable price. I connected to their on line support to ask a question. I received a prompt courteous answer. I then received my order promptly - no problems.

I ordered LCD TV wallmount for 60 inch TV but received wallmount for 32 inch TV. Fire Fold did not respond on any my e-mails. This is the first and the last time I order something in this store.

Ordered dvi->hdmi cable. Checkout process is easy. Recieved clear notification/invoice. Item came quick. Would buy again.

I have been shopping at Fire Fold for around 2 years now. They have always had the best prices on cabling that I can find. Their customer service is excellent, any time I have placed an order and an item and there is any kind of issues they contact me immediately. Out of more than a dozen orders to Fire Fold I have had only one mistake, wrong fiber cables sent, and they corrected the problem with out delay. I will always shop their site.

Excellent service and price. Had the order in hand 3 days after ordering. I bought a mini-HDMI cable for 1/4 of what I would have paid for a name-brand cable. And the cable works perfectly.  
 
This was my first order to FireFold, but it will not be my last. I probably would not have tried them if it were not for the excellent reviews on ResellerRatings. The great reviews are justified!

The website was easy to navigate (I have ordered from them before). The item was out of stock when I first looked. A few days later it was back in stock and I ordered it, as they always have good quality merchandise at the best price I could find. They shipped the same day and the USPS delivered it in about a week as I chose to have it sent first class mail (the least expensive way)

I bought one of their cell phone repeaters for my home and I am extremely happy with both the product and Firefold's service. I ordered the product on Monday morning and it arrived the following Wednesday. Awesome service!
