"When I first entered the store I was ordered to leave my bag of recently purchased books, from another store, on a chair. He claims this is done politely but it is done as an order. This made me and my wife immediately decide that we would not be purchasing any item at the store, ever. When we were leaving, the owner did try to become helpful and I explained to him that the way we were greeted was perceived rude. He asked how I would deal with this and I suggested that if he had to have this policy a hello and if you don't want to have to carry that you can leave the bag at the front desk. He decided to argue with me instead of apologizing. I tried to explain why this was a poor way do dealing with people nicely but I gave up as he apparently has had a problem with shoplifters and didn't want to listen. As I left the store he muttered an insult to me in front of another customer."

"Ordering from Finders Keepers was very easy. My item arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I really liked receiving a phone call from a HUMAN to inform me of multiple shipping options and prices rather than just checking a box on a website.

"When I gave Bob at Finders Keepers the wrong address for shipping my order he went out of his way to get a hold of me for the right address. We kept missing each other but he didn't give up. The rug was delivered and is exactly what I wanted. Great customer service. Thanks Bob"

"Great experience! Super Fast Shipping! I ordered some of the novelty celebrity drivers license that my son collects. I was worried I would not receive them before his birthday, but I got them well before his birthday. I was very surprised at how quickly they ship their items!! Would highly recommend to other buyers!"

"AMAZING! It took me months to find this movie. I've been told it hard to find and not to mention expensive! But where other places had it out of shipment and soaring over 30 dollars this place had them in stock and for only 9.95. They are prompt and they made sure to keep me updated."
