I will go as far to say that Filmtools is right up there with AT&T on my customer dissatisfaction list. I originally ordered a Filmtools Slate pouch on 01\/19 and since then have been going along this rodeo ride of "supplier not quoting a delivery date." Although, I can understand a supplier\/seller relationship and the little control a seller has if the supplier is not supplying but what I cannot understand is why the seller continues to offer the product it cannot provide. My last contact was on 04\/12 explaining again "supplier not quoting a delivery date" and had long forgotten the elusive Filmtools Slate pouch until 05\/18 when I browsed the Filmtools website and there it was! Rational thinking will tell me that if the product is quoted as "Availability: Usually ships the same business day," alas, the product must be bursting from the inventory! However, an email three days later crushed my dreams again, "supplier not quoting a delivery date." You could argue "Usually" is an ambiguous term that would save Filmtools in any court of law but you can also argue if Filmtools cannot fullfill an order within a business day either state it on the website or remove it altogether.
