One of the product was back ordered and did not arrive until June 26, 2006. Your shipment was sent right after we received the product.
We normally split shipments to prevent this kind of extreme delays when one product is back ordered and we will improve on our split shipment practice.
In order to receive our e-mail notifications, please ensure that our e-mail address is added to your ISP and e-mail client's white lists, as sometime they mistakenly mark our order update e-mail as spams.

The invoice you referred to was sent in two shipments. The first one was shipped on 6/5/2006 containing three items. The second package went out on 6/7/2006 containing two items.
There are a total of eight items in the other more order you made with us, which is also going to be sent in two packages. The first shipment contains five items, shipped on 6/8/2006, which seems to be what you have received. The remaining three items are being back ordered and will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock.

"I placed my order on 6/11/2006. On 6/16/2006 the merchant sent me an e-mail stating that my order was delayed and that they'd "continue working on my order while keeping me updated every three days". It's 6/26/2006 -- TEN DAYS LATER! -- and they haven't sent a single update. Not one. My order still hasn't shipped, but the merchant has been paid.
I contacted the merchant via his webpage. If I don't get a satisfactory response within the next 24 hours, I will report his fraudulent practices to PayPal and my credit card company.
