I ordered several products from this company via the web on December 1st, 2006. They sent me an Order Confirmation on December 6th, stating that my order should be received within 10-14 days. Several of the items were to be Christmas Gifts. When December 20th rolled around, I e-mailed them indicating the order had not yet been received. On *January 2nd*, I received a reply asking me if I had received my order yet. In fact, I had - on December 23rd (22 days after placing the order): _minus_ one of the products I had ordered and been charged for! I e-mailed them back indicating that I wanted either a credit or a reshipment for the missing item. That was on January 5th. It is now *January 28th* and there has been no Shipment and no Credit. These guys are either totally incompetent, or they are crooked, or _both_. Beware!

Great stuff, crazy low prices. You have to be patient with the shipping but it's also very cheap.

I ordered sixteen 9-led flashlights. They seemed to be quality at first but after all was said and done there are two with 2 dead leds, 2 with 1 dead led, and 2 that are completely useless since they just flash at random intervals. I emailed them about the flashlights and they told me it was past a month so there was nothing they could do but offer me a discount on my next purchase of more defunct flashlights. If you arent looking for quality or great customer service then Fifthunit.com is your store.

Excellent deals.. Great products.. Best customer service. I found the deals in this store to be the very best i.e. cheapest price for great quality products. The customer service is excellent. When one of the bulbs in my flashlight failed they shipped a replacement bulb free of charger and also refunded the shipping for returned bulb. I have placed multiple orders and all of them were shipped promptly. The shipping takes a little time as it needs to come from Hongkong but the shipping charges were very minimal compared to other Hongkong based stores.

I have ordered from FifthUnit numerous of times.  
This company is very similar to the AXShop.com that once existed and offered similar product with similar delivery time.  
I have always been happy with FifthUnit's orders and would recommend this company for cheap (but not the best quality) items.

Initial shipment with 1 broken item which they promptly sent a replacement after my e-mail notification. Rest of the order went well with everything else working fine. Will definitely buy from them again.

I made an order on July 26,2006. The site said it was supposed to take 16 days for it to arrive so i waited until August 12, 2006. Still no package. I contacted customer service and I received a response 2 days later stating that my order is currently packaging and I will be notified with a confirmation of shipment with tracking 48 hours from then. 48 hours pass and still no email. i waited 2 more days and still nothing. I contacted them again regarding the situation and still no word. It is August 20th today and I just contacted again. If i do not receive a satisfactory response to this message within 24 hours, I will contact paypal and my credit card company of your fraudulent business practice.

Extremely satisfied! I ordered a bunch of stuff and received it all only 9 days after ordering. 7 Watt LED Flashlight + several rechargeable LiIon cells, a wall charger plus other stuff. All are decent quality, as good as you'll find anywhere. I can hardly believe how good the quality is on the flashlight... it is machined aluminum, waterproofed with O-rings and throws a really bright spot, for only about $20. Great prices on everything, and surprisingly low shipping charges too. This order I paid with PayPal and everything went smoothly. I will definitely be ordering more "goodies" from this company.  
 
There is one thing about their web site that you need to understand since it's a little strange. It may say that you are seeing all the products, but they have many more products available. If you pull down a different category from the menu at the top of the screen, you can see the other products.

I have ordered from these guys a few times and although the shipping is slow and the items are cheaply made, that is what you expect when you get items from Hong Kong and the prices are cheap. I generally have been very happy with there service. I have received some defective items, but they generally replace them for free. I am generally very happy with them and I will continue to use them as long as they keep up with good prices, good customer service and good products.

Ordered three times from this store... besides the extremely sloooow shipping (which is understandable since it's coming from Hong Kong), I don't have much to complain about. The products I receive work as they are suppose to. My first order was defective and they sent another one to me right away without me having to return the defective one. Only order from this store if you don't need the item right away. If you're reviewing this store and you complain about the shipping time... thats your own fault. They clearly state how long it will take to ship.

Took 3 weeks to get my product, which was absurd. I doubt it was air mail, but rather shipped on some container ship. When I got my item, I thought it was going to be defective, but to my amazement, it worked! I'm satisfied, will order again! S/H should be free!

Excellent! I couldn't be more pleased. 10 day shipping from Hong Kong is a big annoying to have to wait, but I guess it can't get any better for the LOW LOW LOW prices! :D

I placed my order on 6/11/2006. On 6/16/2006 the merchant sent me an e-mail stating that my order was delayed and that they'd "continue working on my order while keeping me updated every three days". It's 6/26/2006 -- TEN DAYS LATER! -- and they haven't sent a single update. Not one. My order still hasn't shipped, but the merchant has been paid.  
 
I contacted the merchant via his webpage. If I don't get a satisfactory response within the next 24 hours, I will report his fraudulent practices to PayPal and my credit card company.  

I had two separate orders through this company with the total amounting to over $100 in products (14 items) and recently after much delay I finally received the first shipment of products. Iwas surprised that I only received 2 items out of the 5 I purchased, with my first order, and yet I was still charged for the 5 items (No word from customer service yet). It seems they have also frauded my second order, sending me 3 items out of 9 purchased yet charging me full price.  
This company used to be Axshop.com and they were shut down, earlier this year, because of shady practices. While the prices are low be careful of being cheated like I currently have been.
