"I purchased the Sonoline C fetal doppler device. I paid extra $19 for 2 day shipping as I have a complicated pregnancy and Doctor suggested I get a doppler to put my mind at ease and to monitor the baby.

I received the item on time, however the package was missing the gel necessary to eliminate static and amplify sound when using the device. You really can't use the device without the gel. Upon emailing Fetaldoppler.net I received a response within a 24 hours saying to look in the envelope I received again. My husband and I turned the packaging inside out, there was no gel. After many back and forth emails, I was consistently told to look harder at the packaging and even told I could use the device without the gel. NOT ONCE was I given a solution for the missing item NEEDED TO USE the item I purhcased. Finally, I was asked to send a picture of what I received. Why would I LIE about missing the gel!?

Beyond disgusted with fetaldoppler.net customer service and after threatening to go to BBB, I have received an email that the gel will be shipped to me (via snail mail, no less) but no credit back for the shipping I paid.
