It was way too tight. The girdle really squeezed me. I exchanged it for a Large and it just came today. I got it on with no problem, but the girdle feels a bit loose. I just checked the web site and the Small stretches to a 30 inch waist, the Medium stretches to a 32 and the Large stretches to a 36. I really need a 34.
