The CSR replied first thing in the morning, gave an honest explaination, and the shipment arrived within the expected timeframe for ground service. A+ rating for customer service and shipping.<br><br>Cost: At about $325 + near actual cost for shipping via UPS, they get an A+ rating. Next closest retailer wanted $385 + $10 more for shipping\/handling that Fedtacticaldirect.<br><br>Packaging: The mfg's carton was overpacked with a 200 burst box, with a thick layer of bubble-wrap. I would personally use a 275 box, but a severe crushing impact and a penetrating impact were not able to damage to the inner carton.<br><br>Product: I ordered a Chinooktek Titan Lodge 8 tent. Exceeds all expectations! Chinook's website talked a good game, but also had some good specs. 1800mm penetration rating is outstanding at this cost and size. Everything appears rated for heavy duty use; fabric, poles, zippers, tie-offs, this is a tent that could easily go for $600-800(USD).
