This is clunky and unnecessary. Paypal makes it very easy to integrate into your own website. I have done it many times myself. UPS says contact shipper, called twice and left messages, tried to use e-mail system three times using three different computers and system does not work. Tomorrow I am going to PayPal resolutions to try and get my money back. I realize this is probably UPS losing the item, but I am finding it impossible to get resolution or get in contact with Fedtacticaldirect.com.<br><br>UPDATE, Owner called me and it appears that I was wrong and apparently they have been trying to contact me. I still cannot find the phone message, but I believe him. VERY impressive. I still don\u0027t have my item, and it is really UPS\u0027s fault, but I now know that Fedtacticaldirect.com is doing their best. <br>LAST UPDATE No Joy on my item, but Fedtacticaldirect is doing their best. My final word is this, It would have been easy to just refund my money and get rid of the problem, but Fedtacticaldirect instead focused on trying to get me the product.
