When I had to put them in, I got 2 parts correctly delivered and the third part was wrong. I looked at the invoice an ordered the correct part but they had shipped the wrong part. So I contacted them in need of a correction, they said it would be 2 weeks to check their inventory and get back to me on whether they shipped the wrong part or not. Well I needed the part to finish the shower and get my final inspection, so I was forced to order the same part again and wait to hear back from them. Well they never contacted me again and when I did contact them, they said that there was no way they shipped the wrong part, so I am stuck paying for the same part twice and have a part I don\u0027t need. Our order was received in two days from order, packed very well, and all complete (three new bathroom remodels in our home). I like their statement that no re-furbished, or defective returned goods are sent out. They only deal in brand new, factory fresh items. And the bonus was, they had the best prices on the items we ordered! We saved almost $600 from local dealer prices! I highly recommend these curteous and helpful folks. "Very pleased with the service. Excellent price, ordered on Monday, got it on Thursday using the free ground shipping option. Item came nicely packed and was brand new and factory sealed (Kohler faucet). Would absolutly order from them again."
