![Share](javascript:share_rating({"review_body":"I want anyone who reads this to be aware of Faucetline\u0027s return policy when you make a mistake or are sent an incorrect product.<br>When you tell them what you need and you order online and it is incorrectly filled they charge a 15% restocking fee and they are not even the people who handle the item...I ordered a grid for a sink and the company who made it sent me a grid where the hole to acess the disposal was in the wrong place (off center), I called the manufacturer and they were extremely helpful, they even sent a call tag to pick it up however they were unaware of the fact that Faucetline was making money on the \u0022mistake\u0022. <br>I called and spoke to Michael at Faucetline several times and he was extremely repugnant and surly, telling me that they had to pay people as well as credit card servers, he even asked me if I thought people worked for free...I told him that when you make a mistake you don\u0027t charge people restocking fees if you have nothing to do with even touching the product...if Amerisink with whom I dealt had asked for a fee I would have been fine with that knowing that they had done all the work, but he did nothing but act as a middle man...I would be leary to deal with Faucetline, there are plently of other suppliers for items on the Internet...I will be reporting them to the BBB for poor service, insulting behavior as well as rudely interacting with me...","link":"http:\/\/www.resellerratings.com\/store\/FaucetLine\/comment\/1221045#comment1221045","store_thumb":"http:\/\/www.resellerratings.com\/store\/thumbnail\/FaucetLine.jpg","store_name":"FaucetLine","username":"KJSImon","rating":"1"}, "single");){kind=link}
